Sorry, your bull is a little vague. What is the ID of the SWBC station on
9950? What sort of "broadband noise" does it generate, that is, is it one
of those new digital SW stations or is it the usual splatter?
BTW, the "channels" are spaced every 10Kc and the frequencies are 9945
and 9955 so if the center frequency is 9950 it's not a broadcaster.
