In Perth Australia the streets are clean, spotless and remain so. My local
Brighton town centre (well it has city status now but how I can't think
why, back handers probably!) remains totally the oposite. The streets are
full of chewing gum marks along the main western road and just about every
other paving stone is cracked along the seafront etc. It's just a dump to
me City of Brighton, don't make me lough!
I read about a œ50,000 clean up campaign some months ago in the local
paper but nothing has changed. I believe certain European countries are
like down under some are worse than Britain so what is your experience ?
