Only short note for TV history:
Absolutly first system for transmision of pictures was invented by
the Rusian Nipkow - famous as Nipkow's disc (rotation disc with holes)
And later was developed by Rusian Zworkin electronic tube famous as
Zworkin's ikonoskop (no iconoscop HI, may be this name issue from
Slovan word "kino = movie", I don't know details)
