The Omega receiver I used once used three frequencies. One was 10.2 kHz,
one was 13.6 kHz and the last I forgot. It was in between, I think.

The frequencies were mentioned in the manual. They were also mentioned in
"Notices to Mariners" when a transmission went wrong again.

You could just tune in the transmissions on the shipboard receiver (most
went from 10 kHz up, some from 'zero', except for synth noise of course).
The signals were LOUD. You could see the stations sequencing. Mostly you
could hear four stations or so.

By the time Omega receivers were anywhere reasonable, the system was about
to be shut down. The 'Transit' system (150/400 MHz sats) was much easier
to use and more accurate (Really! don't laugh).
