Hope this is the correct thread??
I have a problem trying to run CQ100
Douglas tells me that of over 6000 users I am the only one that has
encountered this
Maybe some kind progamming expert out there can help solve this?
The problem appears when I try to run the program
I get the following runtime errors message

Runtime 4 : Failed assertion
Runtime thread,cpp:2791
Failure Condition : mutex-> mLockFile

So there you have it folks
I have run antivirus and anti-trojan scans
I have run two separate Registry Cleaner type progs
There appears to be nothing amiss there!
I have googled for an answer
And I still cant find a solution
I have even un-installed and re-installed the software after a reboot
I guess its some thing local to my computer but I'm only guessing
Any advice would be very much appreciated
