Every wheel mouse I have tried has worked with the usual Windows Apps without
need for the driver to be installed, the one exception has been Winpack.
Isuspect it is a lot to do with the Apps being 32 bit and Winpack being 16
bit.
I'll bet if can manage to find a specific driver for your mouse, that it will
then work with Winpack.
