Jesus didn't say "take me as your personal savior and you will go to
heaven" he said "Keep The Commandments", yet most Christians break the
very first commandment of Jesus in the Bible let alone other
commandments, by taking Jesus as a God and then they expect to go to
heaven! It is one of the strangest religious phenomenon in existence.

Jesus said:

Mt 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed
the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case
enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Righteousness is not defined by faith alone but through faith and deeds,
and Jesus is saying that heaven is not for you if your righteousness is
not better than the practicing jew. Now we shall look at other biblical
verses that make the picture more clear, though the above is quite
sufficient for those that are truthful to themselves:

Num 23:19 God Is Not A Man, That He Should Lie; Neither The Son Of Man,
That He Should Repent: Hath He Said, And Shall He Not Do It? Or Hath He
Spoken, And Shall He Not Make It Good?

This verse is in the Old Testament and it is quite explicit and clear.
No man can be God. Not only that but no son of man can be God. The New
Testament did not come to contradict the Old Testament; it came to
fulfill it so it is obvious that Jesus was not God.

John 9:11 He Answered And Said, A MAN That Is Called Jesus Made Clay,
And Anointed Mine Eyes, And Said Unto Me, Go To The Pool Of Siloam, And
Wash: And I Went And Washed, And I Received Sight.

Mt 8:20 And Jesus Saith Unto Him, The Foxes Have Holes, And The Birds Of
The Air Have Nests; But The SON OF MAN Hath Not Where To Lay His Head.

Jesus is called both a man and the son of man in the New Testament so
many times.

Job 25:4-6 How Then Can Man Be Justified With God? Or How Can He Be
Clean That Is Born Of A Woman? Behold Even To The Moon, And It Shineth
Not; Yea, The Stars Are Not Pure In His Sight. How Much Less Man, That
Is A Worm? And The Son Of Man, Which Is A Worm?

This verse shows that man can not even be rightly compared to God (let
alone be God). Nothing is pure or clean compared to God. We are all
like worms compared to God. Even the son of man is like a worm compared
to God (there is no comparison). It is very interesting that the verse
states that "How Can He Be Clean That Is Born Of A Woman". Jesus was
born of a women, though Mary was the holiest of women but she was still
a woman. So in the biblical terminology even Jesus is not pure compared
to God so how in heaven or earth can anyone call him God? This reminds
me of the well recorded statement of Jesus recorded in the New Testament
so many times:

Luke 18:19 And Jesus Said Unto Him, Why Callest Thou Me Good? None Is
Good, Save One, That Is, God.

Mark 10:18 And Jesus Said Unto Him, Why Callest Thou Me Good? There Is
None Good But One, That Is, God.

Mt 19:17 And He Said Unto Him, Why Callest Thou Me Good? There Is None
Good But One, That Is, God: But If Thou Wilt Enter Into Life, Keep The
Commandments.

Jesus is repeatedly saying, "I am not good, only God is good, I am not
pure, only God is Absolutely Pure and Holy and glorious is His name. If
you want to go to heaven KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS. " But what do we say?
We say "If you want to go to heaven call Jesus GOD and believe he died
for you!" It is so unbiblical let alone against common sense.

Jesus says:

John 20:17 Jesus Saith Unto Her, Touch Me Not; For I Am Not Yet Ascended
To My Father: But Go To My Brethren, And Say Unto Them, I Ascend Unto My
Father, And Your Father; And To My God, And Your God.

Jesus is calling God both my God and your God, my Father and your
Father. If Jesus has a God Jesus can't be God. It is simple common
sense. If Jesus was God who did Jesus pray to, himself? Imagine Jesus
(if he was God) falling on his face praying to himself? God does not
pray, but his servants pray to Him.

John 11:42 And I Knew That Thou Hearest Me Always: But Because Of The
People Which Stand By I Said It, That They May Believe That Thou Hast
Sent Me.

Mt 26:39 And He Went A Little Farther, And Fell On His Face, And Prayed,
Saying, O My Father, If It Be Possible, Let This Cup Pass From Me:
Nevertheless Not As I Will, But As Thou Wilt.

Heb 5:7 Who In The Days Of His Flesh, When He Had Offered Up Prayers And
Supplications With Strong Crying And Tears Unto Him That Was Able To
Save Him From Death, And Was Heard In That He Feared;

Mt 27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying,
Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast
thou forsaken me?

Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying,
Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my
God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Luke 5:16 And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.

Luke 22:44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat
was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Mt 26:36 Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and
saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.

Mt 4:10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is
written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou
serve.

Lu 4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan:
for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only
shalt thou serve.

We all know that only God is omnipotent. God can do anything He wills.
He has full power over all of His creation. If somone admits that
he/she is not omnipotent it is obvious as the sun that that person can
never be God. So what did Jesus say about this?

John 5:30 I Can OF MINE Own Self DO NOTHING: As I Hear, I Judge: And My
Judgment Is Just; Because I Seek Not Mine Own Will, But The Will Of The
Father Which Hath Sent Me.

John 12:49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent
me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should
speak.

John 7:16 Jesus Answered Them, And Said, My Doctrine Is Not Mine, But
His That Sent Me.

John 8:42 Jesus Said Unto Them, If God Were Your Father, Ye Would Love
Me: For I Proceeded Forth And Came From God; NEITHER CAME I OF MYSELF,
