I have not tried Kiss, but Keith has, and he would know.

A little off topic, but does anyone know if the current promotion that Kenwood
is running (buy a TH-D7A and get a free battery from Kenwood) applies to just
the D7A or does it also apply to the "G" model?

LinKT works fine on RedHat. You need to get the sources and
compile it yourself. SuSE just includes binary packages of
LinKT with their distribution while other vendors don't.
We do not make packages for any distribution, we just offer the
rpms made by SuSE for download. Perhaps it helps to ask RedHat to
package hamradio software as suse does.
For now, get linkt-0.6.2.tar.gz, untar it and run
cd linkt-0.6.2;./configure;make;make install
Hope that helps.

Subject: New RCA LYRA digital MP3 player at E-bay
One month old RCA LYRA Digital Music Player with 64 MB memory chip. With this,
you can play 16-20 cd quality mp3 or real audio 2 tracks. It comes with Real
Jukebox 2 for organizing files; a memory chip recorder and eraser, a tape for
playing files in cars, and headphones. I LOVE this thing, but I need to get
rid
of things I don't really need in order to pay my debt. I purchased this at
Best
Buy a month ago and it is already too late to return. Normally, the 64 MB
Version of this player is $249, while the 32 MB version is $189 (somewhere
around there). It is in PERFECT condition and you are welcome to come see it
if
you live by Los Angeles. For more info, go to e-bay

Should be in the manual, only I haven't got one... :-)

If it's like their other TNC's, the settings are 8N1, and either 1200 or
9600.
