You are correct for the TM-732 and TM-733, however, the TM-V7A has a separate
data port for attaching a TNC. As I read the manual, the data port can
transmit
on one band while (maybe not simultaniously) the other band is used with the
standard microphone. My thoughts are to use the data port for 9600 on 70 cm
and
the regular microphone connection for 1200 on 2 meters.

My question was first rather anyone has already done something like this so I
don't "reinvent the wheel" and second if anyone may have actually looked at
the
feasability of such an arraingment and had any comments or insights as to the
best way to aproach the project. Also, has anyone had enough experience with
the KPC-9612 to know if it attempts to transmit simultaniously on both ports.

Subject: Lan-link Y2K Bug

I'm using Lan-link software with a PK232MBX. Since the turn of
the new year, it has been date-stamping. 08-Jan-10 11:14:08
---- or whatever the date and time happen to be.

The point is, the year is "10" instead of "00". I know it's not
my DOS or PK232 that's doing it. It IS the Lan-link program. So,
please don't answer any of those questions.

Does anybody know how to fix Lan-link? I understand the author
is not available anymore.

Thanks.

The other nail in its coffin (for me) is that it's proprietary.
Definately lack of interest as a result.

Does PSK31 actually interfere with your PACTOR signals? I know that
the reverse is true (it happens to me almost every day). Just curious.

Hi guys, just started up a PK-232 with Pacterm to check it
operationally. Seems to function OK.

What software/freeware is available to run fax/sstv and other hf modes
for rx monitoring only?
