Hello Bob,
Now THIS is interesting. You say that when the radio mike was switched
off without lowering the pot on the PA the speakers made an awful racket.
Hmmm, white noise from an unsquelched receiver seems quite apart from the
RF hash problem under discussion.
Then you go on to say something about shielding and earthing mixed up
with the PA system being unaffected by interferance (interferance = white
noise?) I'm thoroughly confused.
Well, at least you know about the shielding a Faraday enclosure affords.
