Does a created VCD from a DVD need to be complete in order to play in a
DVD player. I've converted 4 mins worth of a DVD film in to VCD format but
it does'nt play where as short clips converted from real video files play
fine ie VCD 2.0 shows just before the munu appears etc...
It would seem the DVD player does'nt like incomplete VCD content in other
words, true or not ?
