Hi Warren and others into this stuff .... I have only seen the original
one released in the 1950s. Apparently there are others out there, but
I have not seen them here.

The big obstruction was those pest nets to stop torpedoes. Wallis's
invention really took a radical step and then it sunk and exploded
like a depth charge.

Montgomery, wasn't allone in this being one place, and the Allies wanted
it known, as Patton was the same way, touring England giving speeches
while spys followed him and looked for any clues. Patton however didn't
have a double. Another one was Winston Churchill, as one speech was
broadcast with the double doing the duty, while Mr. Churchill was elsewhere.

There is lots of great movies out there, and the best part is
meeting the veterans that took part, and the movies made about,
and the sad part, some are no longer with us, and then too lots
more that are not made, for this or that reason, and well the
veterans don't get a last hooray. I guess when de-classified
they might, or remakes....but no veterans to cheer.
