There have been rather much written about that lately.
I explained that in many buletins, read one of those if want to
know.

>How can KISS be obsolete ?
>Do you know what KISS really is ?
If you realy know what kiss is why are you then asking how it can be obsolte?
If you are using it must you have experienced some of the problems caused by
KISS.

Any way, rather much have been written about that to.
In a bulletin by dg4fdi was it well explained, read that.

>KISS itself is very simple to understand, and use.
The problem is that the kiss driver doesn't know anything about what is going
on on the radio side, ptt- or dcd-status, if the rchannel is free etc.
There are also some other problems.
The kiss driver dosen't have control over the tnc!

KISS is to simple to be good!
