Sorry to hear what you have posted Pop's VK5ATB concerning my Bulletin
concerning the Winlinks 2000 system to which I have supported in this country
for some years now and to which some 5 years ago the ACA and the WIA have
already done a white paper on the Winlinks 2000 system to which you should
have followed through on before trying to put me down I would have thought
you would have at lest done that since all the rubbish that came out of the
WIA in the past in The VK5/VK8 South Australia,Northern Territory Division of
the WIA to which nothing had ever been corrected on any of there Broadcasts
to which i would have hoped that you of all persons would have know better as
we talked about what was going on over some years I would ask you to contact
the The Australian Communications Authority yourself as I am done through
trying to tech persons that dont want to listen....what would be the point
Been there done that...even all the bull concerning doing things ver " RF ".
As regards Winlink 2000 to which there is (VK1VM & KN4VM) that are doing a
S U B M I S S I O N on this subject to which is being addressed by these
person and the ACA and your very own Mr John Martin VK3KWA of the WIA/FTAC
even going back as far as June 2000 which was by way of ACA.
Please read the ACA white paper concerning the FIRST WINLINKS 2000 PMBO in
Australia on the WINLINKS 2000 Web site to which VK8HF is running a Winlinks
2000 PMBO in Darwin and there are some 3 other AUSTRALIAN STATION as well
following which is the first Australian Winlinks 2000 PMBO station to be on
line in Australia is VK8HA to which was offeared to him after I declined due
to not having all the coverage of all the HF Bands would you like to see the
letter I got from Tony KN4VM/VK1VM and Steve K4CJX.

I would have thought you could have done better Pops since you have been
forwarding on 20 meters as far as I know to many stations and the fact is
that NEXUS is very much " legal " in this country of Australia ...as it used
to come down as to how one had to send it in the past so as to be " LEGAL "
in Australia.
But that's " OLD HAT NOW "....since there is indeed a Winlinks 2000 PMBO
system on line in Australia so I cant see what your are going on about
or what's your problem is....can you !.
So let's not get into the so called " legalities " of it all I have heard
enough of that crap from the WIA my self in the past concerning the " VOIP "
systems here in Australia with there Uneducated Comments and bulletins in the
past to which I was aggrieved by such harassment by the WIA even concerning
my own WINLINK 2.9 system and my own " VOIP " system.
