He is no "gentleman" Andy, but a liar and a cheat which I have evidence
to prove.
I am not seeing any packet messages from any amateur that has received
this "construction guide" and all I see from HB9ABX is messages that are
designed to increase antagonism.
The simple truth is as GM7HUD has implied, that this HB9ABX only uses
packet to advertise his commercial venture and to direct potential buyers
to his web site where he then dupes them out of their money with false
promises that the project will be complete by such and such a date.
When those that remember the date enquire about the "guide" he tells them
that he is unable to complete his project but they can have a refund if
they wish. In my own case, I took up his refund offer but never received
the full amount that I had paid him. He did send me an e-mail though, in
which he wrote, "I am sorry, that the project could not terminate as
planned".
NO, he is no "gentleman" Andy.
