This CD lark seems a bit odd to me.
Any normal ham would put stuff of interest on his website instead of
faffing about with CD,books and money.
A gentleman would even be prepared to put a "made for packet" version
onto the packet network, and at the same time help keep our network
full of interesting and useful posts.
