Anyone needing a charge is treating the venture as as commercial one.
Let's say a cdrom cost maximum 0.30 UKP, and about 1.50 postage to europe.
And 0.75UKP for a Jiffy bag.
That's 2.75 UKP - not 22 euro.
It's more like less than 4 euro.
