I'm glad you have mentioned this Bob.

My 28Mhz observations have been turned on it's head recently.

Normally Sporadic E at Winter time and at the bottom of the sunspot cycle
is non existant, this year has defied thast rule.

I am convinced that we have now turned the minimum and starting to go up the
cycle.

For me this means wall to wall QRM on every band, so perhaps I'll join you
on sick metres instead ;-)
