Hello Mark ... Welcome to YL @WW ... and the Western.
Denver Omelette eh? Actually, not ON the toast, try
between two slices of toasted bread or a bun or a wrap.

Most times one orders an omelette in Canada or the USA,
and at some restaurants serving an omelette and western
one must specife. If not they prep differently.
Big difference is with most Omelettes served is they fold
the egg omelette plain around whatever you want added like
a wrap. The Toasted western has the egg-milk- and other
things all mixed in a bowl then fried and then inserted
between the two slices of toast to make a sandwich.
Where it is on the menu ... Toasted Western Sandwich or
Toasted western in the Sandwich area of the menu.

Never tried the Bisquick in the mixture. Reminds me of
Florence Italy and how they make Pizza... where it is
all baked into the mmm crust.

Right on there Mark. The Sally Ann does still make the
Toasted westerns here and wrap them in paper to be handed
out to folks on the streets...less china and tableware
for certain there, and most are happy to get them.
Thank you again for coming into the packet YL @WW
and I hope we see more of you.
Have to run ...Maria has got a Brasilian Ham Roast
treat in the oven...so I have to carve...
