Hello Everyone ... and have collected postings from Billie, Sarah
and Michael ... but here is a quickie responce for Michael
over them thar "Pikelets" we have the recipe for tucked away.
For some reason, Maria wanted to try them, and so forgetting my
passed reply that the recipe posted was for "Pancakes" we whipped
it up...and Yep ... they are PANCAKES ...with Canadian syrup
on'em.
SOooooo ... the debate can continue ...BUT I feel that pancakes
as we know them, might just be known as something else in other
parts of the world.
It is like asking an American restaurant, and YES even some
canadian restaurant to bring me a "toasted western" to be
served some kind of egg wrap .... which nearly now ..most
the time has me doing my own.
Have to run ... will repy , as time permits.
