Hello Everyone,
I never can remember everyone's name, so thats why the hello everyone.
Patty and I just got through watering the garden and the trees out front
and the flowers. The morning glories are sure blooming now. We ahve the
red colored one's. Most people have the blue one's. The hibiscus are
still blooming like mad too. We have a red one and a white one next
to the kitchen window. We can see inbetween them, so that we can watch
the humming birds and Orioles on the liquid feeder. We also have
a bunch of English Sparrows, along with purple finches, and yellow
finches on the seed feeders. The black birds are gone already along with
the robins and red winged black birds. We do have a sparrow hawk that hangs
around here that catches sparrows some times. We have so many sparrows
that the few that he catches, doesn
doesn't make a dent in the population at all.
We ahve a lot of winetr squash growing this year. I normaly don't plant
them, because they take up to much space, but this year I planted some seeds
that I ahd saved from some we ate last year. I think some of them are hubbard
squash and a couple of different kinds growing alongside the garage this year.
They keep growing out towards the lawn so I just don't have to mow as
much lawn as they grow out from the garage. From the looks of them, we'll
have a bumper crop this year on everything, because of the heat and all
the rain we've been getting. Thats about it from here for now.
