Hi Billie & YLs,
Not a lot to mention from here. I went to the indoor bowls night at the
Albany hall. The amateurs play against the bowling club members. A special
trophy of an elephant pulling up a triband HF aerial is the target of the
evening. Then I visited a few Amateur radio friends & attended the REG
Hamfest in Hamilton. A couple of things got sold via Trademe internet
auction site.
I have new neighbours as the owner has moved to Melbourne.
There have been a few doctors visits & adjustment to the daily pills.
Nothing so far on the job front.
The time for the weekend Amateur Radio classes at 400 East Coast road is
drawing nearer.
With so much old stuff to tidy up & decide what to keep I haven't got back
to Linux or other projects. NZART Conference is coming next month & I have
things to take along. How are you getting along with your program writing?
Some cooller weather lately & some heavy rain tonight (Thursday 21st). My
cats have new flea collars. Lots of bees about on the camelias & the Tui
birds & waxeyes are getting the nectar too. Though it is late in the
season, I have noted a few monarch butterflies as well.
