Hello Everyone,
My name is Roger & I live in Austin, Minnesota, U.S.A.
I always read the YL catagoru on the bbs. I am good friends with Billie
and her husband Ken who live in Branson, Missouri, U.S.A.
I used to live down by them for a long time and we all get together
for coffee when I would go over to there house for packet classes.
I would also go over there to just visit with them and sometimes
help them with stuff around their house. But during a big wind storm
up in Austin in 1997, a lot of the town had the trees blown down and
the electric was out for a week or so. I went up there to help clean up
the garage which was blown down at my mothers place. And right across the
road from Mothers place, my old girl friend from my high school days
had moved in and we got together again. I sold my place in Missouri
and moved back up to Austin and we got married. Now I live up here
in the cold country. Lots of snow in the winter time. And mosquitos
in the summer time. No dogs or cats at our house. I don't know if we'll
ever get another dog or cat. Cats seem to jump up on stuff at the
most inopertune time. Right on top of the key board of the computer
which doesn't do any thing any good, when they step on a bunch of kesy
at the same time. Had that happen once. NOT GOOD..
Thats about it from here for right now. Sorry to hear that both of you guy's
have health problems. None at our place, but I suppose I am not old enough
yet. I am 71 and the wife is 69 yrs old. By the way, the wifes name is
Patricia. 73 de Roger & Patty.
