"Under reading" is not the same as non-load-bearing or load-bearing. If it
reads correctly when non-load-bearing, then that is excellent. If it
under-reads then it is a false reading and not so good although so long as
you know how much it is inaccurate then it is at least workable. I will be
very content if it reads correctly without Txing.
