I'm mostly an HF CW man but I'll play with any radio on any frequency if
I have it because....well I'm a radio amateur.

I agree it does sound a little lacking in LF response but try going into
the menu's to change the ssb carrier point to +200Hz and you'll increase
the LF a bit.
