Mark,

Wireless LANs use TCP/IP just like Ampr TCP/IP over radio does and so many BBS systems could be used,
including FBB, PZTNode, PZTBBS and NOSes, such as JNOS. As for other internet like services,
Ampr IP systems has provided those for years and WLAN just offers user a higher speed 'black box'
solution to accessing these. Winpack quite happily telnets into such systems whilst normal OS internet
applications such as IE, Netscape and E-Mail can also be used. No need to search for any special
LAN applications Mark. The days of Ampr TCP/IP users having to use an unstable DOS versions of
NOSes went ages ago.

I, like many others, have been playing with offering WLAN user access. Have a look at
http://www.taurus2.plus.com/gb7imk/wlan_diary.htm

Also many links to other projects at http://www.taurus2.plus.com/gb7imk/ampr_links.htm

Take a look at my main GB7IMK site and also look at the links to many other IP systems around the world
and see what you have been missing!
