Hello All,
I am planning on setting up an 802.11b/g system here and was hoping
to get some comments from anyone with experience in this area.
I am very interested in comments concerning what works best. I ask
because I have read conflicting articles on the use of various
brand name equipment such as LinkSys, D-Link and NetGear.
I want to setup a WiFi "monitoring post" here in the shack and
possibly provide a hotspot to some friends nearby.
Also any comments on the use of these 24dbi MMDS mesh dish antennas
would also be most welcome, as this is a direction I have been
leaning toward. I t would appear that these mesh dish antennas are
in wide use in the outdoor WiFi arena.
All comments are most welcome.
