Hi there and thank you for reading this message.

Over the years I have played around with, and created many web pages for
myself (and others), using different web page design programs including
Front Page, Corel Draw, Ixla, and MS Publisher Web design feature amongst
others. (Phew, that was along sentence) !

I have found that in certain programs, there are certain features that are
NOT common to all of the programs mentioned above.
Now because of this, I have played with Notebook and the "Source" code,
but still, pick up persistent problems.

I would like to know, what is fresh, available and downloadable off the
Internet at minimal cost ?

I would also like to know what program YOU are using and what you prefer
using, and what program (be it big or small), provides one with
most of the essential features.

Your help / thoughts / ideas / experiences and guidance will be most
appreciated.

Regards

PS I'm not tooo partial to the idea of "copying" someone else's website
and tailoring it to suit my needs.
