A very interesting point, Bill. We have from this bloke in the UK a
denigration of our Prime Minister. (Game isn't he when he is not an
Australian and it's none of his business, however we'll let that pass).
Now a funny thing = Howard has just faced an election and he experienced
an enormous swing to his Government most of it apparently owing to his own
standing in the eyes of the Australian voters. You never can tell. Whether
we support him electorally or not we must take off our hats to a man who
has the courage of his convictions and the Australian electorate has done
him proud.
By the way, we get about a 97% vote from the population here where voting
is compulsory, What % do you get in the UK?.
