Hello Dave. It is the same in the UK. I,personally am not allowed outside
aerials but I used to be able to talk to 5 people within a couple of miles
on an indoor AE or, even a handheld. There is nothing there now but
silence
I know that two of them used to read packet bulls but never send them so,
maybe, they will read this - we'll see.
