When I put the cursor on a station, the "balloons" don't show...seems to be related to Windows Vista as I loaded the UI-view version 2.03 into a new laptop. It works fine on Windows XP on my old PC, but not on the laptop. I would like to get this problem resolved before I attempt to download the PMAP software.

I wouldn't rule out it being related to Vista, but have you looked at
SETUP - TOOLTIP TEXT SETUP? If the tooltips are disabled there,
they won't appear.

3. New add-on program for UI-View: UI-PHG-DFS

Version 0.2 of my UI-PHG-DFS program is available for downloading.

It draws PHG and RNG circles. For direction finding it handles DFS and BRG/NRQ codes to draw DFS circles and BRG bearings on the UI-View map.

The zip file contains Windows installation files. Unzip them to a spare directory. Double click file setup.exe to start the Windows installation process. Download the zip file from:-

http://www.filefront.com/14592023/UI-PHG-DFS-V02.zip/
