Having dusted off an old PK-88 I'd like to get it working with UI-VIEW.
Reception of local stations is fine. Packet reception appears to working
perfectly.
On the transmit side however, something small appears to be throwing a
wobbler.
Setup is as follows :
COMMS : 4800
DATA : 8
STOPS : 1
PARITY : NONE
HANDSHAKING : RTS / CTS
HOST : NONE
TNC : PK232 (no, PK88 default)
On switch-on only PWR and MULT burn (Memory jumper removed) followed by :
CMD and DCD on start of the UI-VIEW program
Followed by CONV, DCD and STA
On SEND ??? Random timing ??? Only CONV and DCD LED's burn
F9 (Beacon Send) only the STA LED burns - No transmit though.
Any help in setting up this TNC, to work properly, with UI-VIEW will be
greatly appreciated.
