No, but it looks like a nice radio. I did happen have a quick fiddle with
an IC-92AD today - The DSTAR aside, it's a well-built 2m/70cm handy with a
decent WFM filter (if that's your thing). TX audio is super, it hears very
well with the supplied rubber-duck and I found the menus quite easy to
navigate through.
23cm eh - trying to keep away from the riff-raff ?!
