With reference to my previous bulletin, here's the email address
of the RSGB chap who's working at OFCOM.

I'd like to see if anyone can get an answer to:
a) Has the RSGB ever attempted to obtain any primary user status
for amateurs on 70cm ?
b) If not - why not ?
And in your emails also put a formal request in for an attempt to
gain primary user access.
I've tried in the past and had a blank response. Can anyone do better ;-) ?
