Hello
Here are some thoughts about the alien phenomemnon and a
possible explanation that there is so little information
acessible to the public - and yes - dr OMs as always in my
particular way :
What would happen if we really meet aliens and can aquire
their inventions and fururistic way of life ? :
Firstly the advances in medicine would be enourmous and a
boon to all humanity.
But then, the advances in technology , inexhaustible power
or reneweable energy - advances in transport of goods and
folks...The stinking motorcars and diesels would be gone.
Withit the mighty industry. And the oil rich states would be
reduced to sand rich countries.
And the mighty military...As everyone would have all needs
fullfilled, the status of all states would be about the
same, and no one would need to massaker anyone else...Now ,
what do you do with , for instance an Aircraft Carrier?
Well, why not invent a new water sport.
Likewise politics, for once promises could be fullfilled,
the usual lies not needed and a politicians would be job a
lesser
function of a much more needed , say : Plumber.
Worst to come : Money. Would money still be needed? Maybe to
buy some luxury goods or memorabilia or arts and crafts?
But the crazy amassment of cash and the reaping of
interrests , the possession of billions by individuals would
be a shame.
As it is today. But then the poor masses of today would have
their living wages, would be informed and learned. So , the
monetary institutions of today would vanish.
As we see, all the states or institutions wielding power or
influence would be gone.
This might be the coming "Upheaval" many prophets are
talking about.
Some religions might loose their foundation, politicans
reduced to workers, the militaria busy with forging plows
out of cannons and the mighty poor banker...
The people or institutions would loose a lot. So I deduce
that their interrest in letting the world know it all is
limited. Today they have still the power of covering up.
But there might be a time coming ...
Always there have been the poor massses and some rich folks.
Have U ever seen a poor politician ? They are rare, Ghandi
might have been one. As far as I know South Africa does not
have a starving one. All power , influence and riches
evaporated , whoosh.
The above is one likely scenario. There are others
thinkable.
Very much all will change the world as we know it today. And
this it not in the interrest of the few...rich ones.
And , oh , by the way Ham-radio, methinks that it will be
gone too. Packet shurly.
