Hello Peter ZS2ABF, as well the rest of the UFO Discussion
Group, as well those readers, where ever.
<< Quoting ZS2ABF to UFO @WW >>
> It's good to see that at long last our discussion group
> has taken off and Ham's are starting to put out their
> Space Probes into the Cyber world of Packet Radio.
I must say, Peter that we've had UFO nets on 80meters which
have come...seen their day...discussed it as far as possible
and have had to call it a day. SO please don't feel to
bad if I am just not in here making opinion.
> We have received both Private and Open Bulls on the
> subject, that's good and we respect the privacy.
Agreed. Privacy is important, especially where these
happenings are investigated and still go un-solved, as
it is great to read notes from those who were there
in an official capacity, and of course the risk they
take coming forward to give us their views.
> What I don't want to happen is that, it turns into a
> slanging match between other UFO lovers or non believes.
That only happens, when one who doesn't try to understand
all this gets all woundup. As you know , I am not a
believer. Most things I have seen have been Identified
and I have been in the right place, right time, and seen
ansolutely nothing.
Even those I know are Astronomers have never seen a thing.
Why do I stay with this? Good question, and with some
pictures, and people I interviewed for my TV and Radio
shows when I did them, well they saw and photographed
something and they were scared. Both are great
observers so the questions, and answers were interesting.
When I did these shows, and there were a few UFOlogists
it seemed I was tarred by the common brush, but when it
came to my part of questioning them and not as insulting
as these people, they either hung up the phone, or could
not answer. SO ? All must be read...pro or con
believe or not....and thats it.
I had my say in the past...read all the postings and
ok read...them no big deal.

Yes I read Sten's comments too, and ....mmmm yes he does
have his brand of getting to the point.

Just remember...given the topic...and lack of.... it will
just end, with the monthly or whenever postings from
yourself Peter of what people are alledging they are
seeing...

Today. Nothing has changed for me. Always interested
in this , as stated, been in the right place...right time
and yet No UFO. Anything I have seen, and even in
a group of UFOers yelling UFO....well after the eye
amd the mind get over this UFO stuff....an object can
be identified, and there are plenty of guidelines.
People see Un-Identified things, and that is it!

Maybe they all , don't have packet. Or whatever....

Yes ... it would be interesting.

As per this case. Sorry what I posted was a ham and no
callsign. The military engines were not electric.
Of course the Government will instruc the military personal
not to talk about it, for fear of spreading and maybe
creating a mass exit...or riot. People go crazy, a
human nature afraid of the night.
> What did they know that we did not?.
Maybe nothing. But they had to put a cork in, and then
study it by interviewing the personal and then the site
which BTW the way I did not mention or the country, so
my source is quite safe, and the message in that computer
well taken care of via deletion...etc. No trails.
> Sten talks about "hostile" he is correct we have always
> been hostile to others and more so to the unknown.
Know you know why the Government is keeping the lid on
if any as well ...why cause panic.
> Go back in our history, When Captain Cook sailed to the

I have no idea about the Spanish conquistadors, but from
reading their history...but regarding James Cook in the
East, and the natives...He only had a few problems which
seemed like theft from Royal Navy Stores, for which he
was responsible. There was also a seaman killed
for which Captain Cook had to investigate, and thus he
was killed in the Hawailian Islands.
He also in all his trips had no problems in meetings
with other peoples, and his papers show this, as well
his personal papers held once by his Great-Great-Grand
Daughter who happened to live in Toronto, and to whom
I was introduced back in the 1970s.

Peter..if they relaese all, as they have been doing, and
nothing is being turnedup ....what can you expect?
All is heresay...as to what is and isn't being kept hush
hush. Maybe it is if it is true being kept to keep us
all sane and no panic?
> On a more serious note how about this report:

Interesting. A solid object. Sounds like perhaps long
ago the secret flights of the Comet.

Well Pete...I hope you don't get any mud. It still is great to
see this participation and I hope we do get more packet people
innvolved, as well you or others get postings of interesting
opinion.
Hostility...YES... people are afraid of things they see as
strange.
Advertising the Earth is inhabited...well I think that is
a bad idea....just incase we are not just another source of
food. on the otherhand, they have sent probes into space
with a map back here...all the friendly overtures and yet
most Air Forces of the world will be scrambled to go up
and look and try to shoot'em down..which isn't too friendly.
Offspring..abductions...cattle mutalations and all make me
wonder if we might have not come as a seed to this planet of
dirt? Abducted for ????...mmmm that is interesting and well
too are these cattle mutalations, which are reported as so well
do?
Wishing everyone a Merry Chirstmas...and Happy New Year 2009
Peter VE3WBZ
