Tampa, Florida Rectangular UFO The Size Of a Football Field Or More
Hello, I was searching on the internet for reports of a UFO that I saw in
Tampa around 2004, and I ran into an article on
your website that seemed to match very closely to the time and description of
what I saw. Here's the article:

Personally, I am interested in contacting this witness, because they said they
had some drawings. Do you know how I can
contact this person? I didn't see an address anywhere. Also, I would be
interested in posting an attached witness account
to this, or a very similar sighting.
I only saw one craft, but it was hovering very low, just above the tree-line,
so I got a very close 5 minute look at it
from my yard. It was going very slow. I really thought it was a blimp at
first but the more I looked at it, there were no
markings or cabin etc. It was very odd and was completely neon with 2 or 3
alternating colors. It was also about the size
of a Football field or more and was in a rectangular shape with rounded
corners. In a way, it looked like a lot of inner
tubes within each other. That is why I thought it was a blimp, especially
since it was glowing neon colors.
However, it would seem that someone would use this as an advertisement since
it was so bright and glowing. There was no
cabin or basket so it must have been helium or something, if it was a balloon,
and thus unlikely that it was uninhabited
by people. That's why I was baffled that there were no advertisements or
markings. It seemed to serve no purpose unless it
was a designed hoax. It was too magnificent, bright and large for someone not
to want credit or use it to their advantage
for ads. The more I stared at it, the stranger it looked. It finally went over
the trees and I couldn't see it anymore.
By this time, I was compelled to jump in my car and follow it, but I decided
against it. Now I wish I did. ha! Well, that's
all for now.

Westport, Washington A Gold UFO Approximately 150 Feet Across Lands (Alien
Being)
Date: August 15, 1967
Time: 9:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Westport, Washington.

Shape of objects: round disc 150 feet across and 30 feet tall.
Full Description of event/sighting: Standing 100 feet at just the other side
of the top of the hill behind Kilahanna
campground in Westport, WA I saw a gold spacecraft land on the dunes 1/3 mile
from the coastline. It was near silent when
it landed 120 yards from my view. I was looking down on a small grade at the
landed space craft. It was 100% shiny 24K gold
color. (looked like new gold) It landed with grace. The landing gear popped
out straight like thin legs. I just stared at
it for about a 30 seconds wondering what to do. Just then a door opened on the
opposite side from my view. A alien dressed
in a matching 24K gold color space suit came out of what looked like a ramp.
It just flew straight through the air about
20 miles an hour to a nearby fir tree branch. I could see it close now and was
frightened and shaking. It was standing 100
feet from me up in the tree about 20 ft above ground. It looked like a human
body in a gold space suit that I had never
seen before.
It was 5 foot 6 to 8 inches tall, round helmet you could not see inside the
helmet it was holding what looked like a
machine gun with a 1/2 thick cable attached to it. It was 100% shiny gold,
weapon suit helmet everything. I just stood
there scared as hell. I watched it stand there like on guard duty. it was
turning it's head looking back down the hill to
the south at the space craft. I was just 100 feet north west of it. I was
really frightened now. I froze. I did not think
it noticed me as it was looking down the dunes. I ran as fast as I could into
the woods 100 feet away down the hill into
the camp ground. I told a friend about it. (full name removed ) To scared to
go back there for a million dollars. She went
back up there a few minutes latter and did not see anything in the area. This
is a true story.

Londell, Missouri Huge Cigar Shaped UFO With Flames Coming From Behind It
Date: Fall of 1989
Time: 5:00 p.m.

Shape of objects: Cigar.
Full Description of event/sighting: My kids told me they had seen this object
about the same time, the night before but
being kids I dismissed at as an active imagination. The following night as I
was driving to get a pizza, I too saw the
object. It was approx. size of football field. It was a shiny silver color. It
seemed to be stable and just hanging in the
air when the sun shifted, or it did and it flashed like a mirror would with
light shined directly into it. Then it shot
large flames out the back and was gone, not slowly but in the blink of an eye.
The only way to describe it, is that it
would be close to the shape of a blimp, but way to large. The flames were as
long as the object. I was with my sister when
we seen it and we vowed not to tell anyone. I have since found that many have
seen these types of objects.

A Bright Light Wakes Up A Nine Year Old Child (Burnt Circle In Field)
Date: 1976
Time: After midnight.
The witness here is referring to the Cannon AFB sighting report.
I found your report on Bruce's sighting and wanted to let you know that in
1976 I was 9 yrs old. I remember being in bed
sleeping and suddenly there was this extremely bright light, it lit up my
entire bedroom to the point that I thought it was
daytime, I got up and looked out my window. Our house sat next to a huge empty
lot, right before you go out towards Cannon,
the street name was Tucker Circle.
Anyway, the light was so bright I went to wake up my mom and dad, but they
waved me back to bed. It was after midnight. I
laid there in bed scared, because it was like the entire front yard and my
window were being hit by this light.
The field across from our house caught fire and when we went outside the next
day, there was a perfectly burned circle. I
have never found any record of this at all...of the UFO landing, but the grass
was burned. I remember we were not allowed
to play in that field for awhile as our parents decided too many people were
suddenly over there a lot.
I don't know if this helps or not and since it was so long ago a lot of it I
don't remember. But I could not ever forget
that bright light or being so scared. I hope Bruce will be ok. I've never
come forward with this story, which is weird
considering I work for a Paranormal Radio program. It does help me to relate
to our guests and to look into other sightings.
Mine seems miniscule in comparison.

Lowry AFB A Large Black Disk Ringed In White Lights
Date: 1979
Time: Evening.
In 1979, I was 17, and had signed up to serve in the U.S. Air Force. I went
through boot camp at Lackland AFB, TX., August
of that year, shortly after graduating high school in Connecticut. After basic
training, I was stationed at Lowry for
technical training, to be trained to be an instrumentation mechanic, probably
in September. I don't recall how long the
school was, but I remember it was one of the longer programs, and may have
been 16 weeks long, putting me there into the
winter.
So it was night, maybe 9:00 pm. I recall a moonlit, cloudless, fairly warm,
despite the snow, night. We walked in the
direction of the pub, walking through the main street the dorm was located, of
the base. When we got away from the main
buildings, and away from street and building lights, it was quiet. So, we're
walking, and at some point we had to leave
the plowed road, and had to cross a snow covered field there.
This is when I look up and I see the strangest thing. I see what appears to
be a large black disk, ringed in white lights
that revolve around the perimeter of it. I recall how it made me think of
lights that revolve around Las Vegas casino
marquees. Otherwise it was pitch black, and you could only see the absence of
the moonlight where it was. I thought the
lights on it comical, instead of otherworldly. But this thing was big. I'd
say it was no more than 200 feet up. About
60 - 70 yards diameter. It was dead silent. It didn't even create the sound
that winds make going around buildings.
It moved slowly maybe 1 to 2 miles per hour, perpendicular to our course,
perfectly straight, not drifting in wind, behind
us from left to right.
I think I alerted my friends, (name removed) and the other guy, and asked what
that could be. They agreed it was something
very unusual, and we decided to change course and follow it. Now, we are
walking in snow, which doesn't let you move all
that fast to begin with, but we're able to keep up with it for maybe 5 to 10
minutes, where we reach some fence. As we stop,
the thing just keeps going. Whatever it was, it didn't notice us. We stand and
watch as it move, until it was too far to see.
No change in course or speed.

Detroit, Michigan An Object With Tail

I experienced this several years ago (approx 1983-84). I was in my mid
twenties and I was working my way through college as
a truck driver for a local freight carrier in Romulus, MI. I was sitting in
the cab of my semi and I was backed up to a
loading dock of a place I was making a delivery to located on the Detroit
River in Detroit, MI just a few blocks south of
the Ambassador Bridge when I noticed a very large object in the sky traveling
basically parallel and horizontal to the
Detroit River. It appeared to be just inside and over Windsor, Ontario border
by a half a mile or so.
It was difficult to estimate the elevation and size but if I had to guess I
would say it was maybe a half mile up in the
sky and several hundred yards in diameter with tail much longer that it's
diameter. I assumed it was a meteor however this
was in the middle of the day and I watched in amazement as this traveled in a
southern direction exactly horizontal for
what had to be three to five miles or more until I could no longer see it. I
never saw it come down, it just kept traveling
till it was out of sight. Difficult to estimate speed. Not real fast not real
slow just steady without directional change.
I thought for sure it would make the nightly news as certainly it had to be
seen by hundreds of others however, I never
heard another thing about it. No one I know witnessed it.

Sarnia, Ontario A White Box Shaped UFO
Date: July 20, 2008
Time: 9:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was just leaving a friends apartment on
East Street in Sarnia and was just about to
get in the car when I noticed a strange white box shaped craft, maybe 30 to 40
feet wide and 10 feet high heading directly
towards us, as it passed overhead. We noticed that it had a black stripe down
the middle of it, running north to south and
it was not that high up, maybe 3 or 4 hundred feet. It was traveling west to
east and was moving about the same speed as
a small plane, not very fast at all. It was travelling with a flat front that
looked like it would encounter alot of
resistance, like when you hold your hand out a moving car window, We also did
not hear this craft, no sound at all. We
watched as it headed towards London, this sighting lasted for about 4 to 5
minutes

Description: We spotted a group of 7 orange, large oval balls of light appear
over the trees from our verandah. Must have took
off
2 miles away and at about a 45/50 degree gradient.they flew in formation and
headed up the river forth towards Edinburgh but
more
and more groups of these shot into and through the sky in groups of 3 at a
time + in the same manner from the same place and
all headed
in that direction.we filmed them over half an hour. - needless to say, it
contains alot of swearing.

Ripon, North Yorkshire UK Approximately 15 Golden Lights
Date: August 7, 2008
Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Shape of objects: Roundish balls.
Weather Conditions: Slightly cloudy.
Description: My husband phoned to tell me to look out the front door and there
were three golden lights traveling very,
very slowly then disappeared,
they seemed to fade away but could have been traveling very quickly away from
me. As these lights were disappearing another
set of three or four
arched over the houses in front of ours until there was about 7 of them, they
moved slowly without sound and intertwined
with each other, sometimes
forming a diamond, three lights formed a straight line then the middle one
vanished, a few more slowly came over the houses
again in a single file
where they continued to move slowly around until vanishing, then they all
gradually faded away in approx. the same place
until they had all gone and
no more came over although I am still watching.

Brockely, London SE4 Five Lights

Shape of objects: Round, glowing, yellowy orange bright lights.
Weather Conditions: Clear with low cloud. The sighting was beneath the cloud.
Description: My husband saw a light from a westerly direction we watched it
travelling eastwards at a steady speed until
it went out of sight. Then another appeared it seemed to follow the first one,
it's difficult to say how big or how far
away they were. My daughter joined us while we were watching the second one.
She called the police. While she was talking
and at the same interval a third and then fourth appeared and subsequently
disappeared out of sight. The fifth seemed
further away as it seemed smaller it seemed to be going more North but then
carried on course to follow
the others.

form was gone. There was no vapour trail.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look
at the UFO Balloons website to see if this
is what might have been seen and received the following reply:
I did have a look at the ufo balloons link yesterday as suggested on your site
- I've also seen video footage of a Chinese
lantern filmed by a helicopter crew and I don't think either of these would
have moved like this object. I must admit,
what I saw had the colouring of a naked flame inside a balloon structure but
that's the only resemblance. This certainly
did not have the characteristics of a light-weight object carried by the wind
and I also think it was way too bright for a
small burner or candle. This object moved across the sky in a downwards
trajectory travelling gracefully yet at a constant
speed. As it descended, the light grew bigger whereupon it suddenly stopped
mid-air and remained stationary long enough for
me to rush inside, find my camera and get back outside again. The light then
"reversed" in the exact direction it came from
and ascended towards the cloud base and then either vanished completely or
became obscured by cloud. As it moved away I managed
to get three shots however, these are very distant and two of them are
completely out of focus as I forgot to switch the
lens Vibration Reduction on which prevents camera shake on long range
pictures. The picture I've attached is the best image
of the three and I've had to zoom in massively to get any detail, however it
is a pretty good representation of how the object
appeared when it was closest to me.
I've ruled out any type of aircraft as this was completely silent (besides
which, I've been doing air show photography for
over 20 years now and having photographed just about every type of aircraft, I
can categorically say that I've never seen
anything move or look like this).
The person with me that evening also witnessed this but she wishes to remain
anonymous (hardly surprising given the reaction
of the few people I've told so far).

Surrey/Delta Border, British Columbia Round Object Looked Like A Spinning Top

Shape of objects: Round looked like a spinning top shape.
Full Description of event/sighting: Driving down Scott Road and thought it was
a plane at first in the distance, but as it
approached and the angle that it turned at I knew a commercial plane would not
do that especially at such a low level in the sky.
I turned down the next street I came to, after the UFO turned to see if I
could get a better angle and view, but it was so
far away by then. We regularly have planes flying over our home because of
where we are located in proximately to the airport.
This however looked like a spinning top one of the old fashioned ones you may
have played with as a child. The big metal ones.
It was silver-ish in color and sort of different levels going in on the top
and bottom with the middle being the biggest width round.

Parkland Region, Manitoba Witness Pursued By A Disc/Saucer Shaped UFO
Date: September 6, 2008
Time: 9:40 p.m.
Some clouds and some stars.
Object: Glowing white disc/saucer shaped craft.
I ate and had a quick visit and left at 9:30 pm. I had to stop and open up the
gate on the property. I then drove through
and shut the gate..As I got back into the truck and shut the door. I had a
strange feeling come over me.
I turned the heater onto high as I suddenly felt very cold. I shifted the
truck into gear and started heading north.
The gravel road was a winding one that had the trees and bushes that were
slowly creeping in, taking it over. It was
wilderness around the area and no human eyes for miles. Yet as I was
driving,not 15 seconds into the 6 mile trip,
I had a feeling that I was being watched. It made me feel very uneasy and
uncomfortable. The feeling was out of the blue!
There was nothing that should make me even think of any eyes on me except for
the wild life that live there, in the Parkland region.
I could not shake the feeling as I drove along every hill and curve, I
expecting anything,but nothing. I thought to myself, "boy,
am I ever being funny tonight" as I still couldn't get rid of the feeling of
being watched. I was going as fast as I could.
My speed very limited as the curves and hills kept me from the true speed I
wanted. All I wanted was to get back to the
lake and in the cabin to a fire and sleep.
I finally made it to a more "recognized" and used gravel road and turned onto
it, now heading west.
It was immediate. There was a bright white light behind me. I saw it in my
mirror. It was well above the ground. My first thought
was a light on a post. It was not though, there was no light pole anywhere. I
was startled and my heart quickly sped up.
I had a feeling inside that I knew it was them. I stepped on the gas peddle
and accelerated. The light stayed with me and
then quickly got closer. I went over a hill and hoped that it would not
follow, but it continued to follow me. I did
feel somewhat safe in a vehicle that was moving, but knew in the back of my
mind that it really would not make one bit of difference.
The glowing object continued to follow at an approximate 50 yard distance. I
could see it in my side mirror. My whole body becoming
alive with adrenaline and that feeling of perception aware on guard. The craft
continued on to the next mile, my heart racing and
thoughts erupting as a fear had some grip. The object suddenly disappeared.
I still felt the same and was not relieved, but very much on edge now.
Wondering where it went, I was sure it was not gone.
I traveled for about ten seconds since the object had vanished. Then suddenly
there it was, to the left of me. It lit it up bright.
The white object was traveling beside me. It was not to far away, maybe 40
yards. It lit up, then after one to one and half
seconds it went out. It was about 4 or 5 seconds later when the object lit up
all white light again.
The object appeared to be an almost stubby looking disc saucer type craft. At
least that was the shape of this white lit object.
I really do not know if
that was the actual object. I am assuming it was, as it was fairly big and not
something that could be mistaken for anything else.
The whole place was so dark, so black and every 4 to 5 seconds this object
kept on lighting up for one to one and half seconds.
It stayed beside me for the rest of my trip west. It was just above the trees
and keeping pace. I was a mile from home at the
lake and turned north. The object discontinued. It flashed one more then that
was all.
I still wanted to get inside the cabin and it was not until 5 minutes after
seeing the last flash, that I made it inside.
I really don't think that it is something that can be just tossed aside, but I
really was not one for thinking more on it.
The feeling of being watched was gone as I sat on the couch beside the wood
stove and watched it turn red. Exhausted from
the work and the adrenaline wearing off. My mind now finally clear, I slept.

Taos, New Mexico 12 Unknown Objects
Date: September 10, 2008
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Taos New Mexico.
Number of witnesses: 2

Shape of objects: white light, red, blue.
Full Description of event/sighting: At first a white light like a star and
traveling up sideways and fast moving.
Shortly afterwards saw several more. Bright white and turned red. Also saw
several others blue and others almost
in formation of a triangle. We took pictures with our camera. We stayed for
almost 2 hours. It was incredible
We notice when we zoomed in it was almost pulsing and we also heard a whirling
sound.

Vernon, British Columbia A Hovering Ivory Colored Sphere
Date: September 11, 2008
Time: Approx: 1:00 p.m.
A co-worker and I, while in the parking lot at work today (Sept 11th, 2008
1pm-ish), saw a hovering ivory colored sphere.
Its hard to tell how high or
large it was, but it just sat there, and every once and a while it would shift
slightly. At first it looked to be at
least the size of a basketball, or bigger. But it was a beautiful blue clear
sky, and there was no clouds to gage its size by.
We stood watching it slowly ascend for a good 20 to 30 minutes before it
became too small to see. A couple other people saw
it as well after it had risen quite a bit and looked like a big daylight star
before it vanished strait up.
It was an amazing sighting. I don't know how else to describe it.
