I think before throwing a stone at a UFO, one first have to clean one's
own pants!.
I also find it strange, that if one wants to "spy" on a planet, the last
thing you would do is have all your "spotlights" on!...wonder if "load
shedding" (Power cuts), as we have in South Africa at the moment, affects them
as well!.
Wonder if "they" ever heard of "Google"!...it's a lot easier finding info
about our Planet than trying to "sneak" around.
It's possible that "they" still trying to get rid of that "bug" that was
placed on "their" Mother ship in the movie: "Independence Day".

Then I saw the old castle and the whole group of space travellers
blast off into space! It was indeed a shattering experience!

Queen Elizabeth Driveway Ottawa, Ontario Fast Horizontal Moving Light
Date: December 24, 2007
Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Queen Elizabeth Driveway.

Shape of objects: Bright ball of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: We were returning home from a Christmas
Eve celebration around 11:00 pm on a clear and dark night. We were driving
north along the Queen Elizabeth drive, alongside the Rideau Canal. I looked
across the canal and saw an incredibly bright light moving horizontally across
the sky. The "sighting" lasted about 2 seconds. The best comparison I can give
is seeing a shooting star. For those who have had the good fortune to see a
shooting star, you know that it seems quite high in the sky and seems to be
falling downwards with a bright tail, usually lasting only a moment. This was
very different.
It appeared on the horizon, much lower than any aircraft would fly and
travelled horizontally, not in a downward direction. It was intensely bright
and though it was moving fast, it did seem -compared to seeing a shooting
star, to last for several seconds. At first I thought "oh my God, a plane has
just crashed" although there was no sound whatsoever, I also thought maybe
some large meteorite may have fallen, although it was the horizontal direction
of movement that was so weird. I listened to the news for a couple of days to
hear other reports but did not hear anything. Whatever it was, it was very
bright, very low and very fast. Anybody else in Ottawa see anything similar in
late December 2007 ?

Northwest And West of Kokomo, Indiana 4 Orange Lights
Date: March 6, 2008
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Northwest and west of Kokomo.

Full Description of event/sighting: I live on the north end of Kokomo. I was
leaving my house on Purdum Street heading north for a walk. As I crossed
Morgan street I looked up and saw four orange lights moving in the sky. At
first I thought they might be airplanes. The brightest of them looked like
they were first magnitude stars. As I continued to look, one object stopped
ahead of me to my left, (Northwest at about 15 degrees above the horizon.) At
this point that object went out and I could see no light. It came back on as
bright as Venus. It started to sequence each light going on left to right in
a counterclockwise , semi-circle pattern. Then each light would turn off one
at a time starting at the beginning of where the first light of the group lit
up first until all lights were out. As I looked around one of the other lights
did the same thing. I continued my walk for half an hour. The lights were
there all that time. All four lights did this sequence. At one time I saw
three of the lights doing this at the same time. Sometimes the sequence only
had two lights. I saw these lights do this about 15 to 20 times in a half an
hour.

Kokomo, Indiana Loud Boom Shakes Homes

There were more than 2 witnesses to whatever happened last night. There have
been reports of 2 fighter jets and a line of 9 lights that flashed in the air.
It has also been said it could have been a meteor. This is what happened as
far as I experienced it. At 10:25 pm there was a loud BOOM and my house shook
so hard that I thought something had fallen on it. Then everyone gathered
outside and started talking about what they had seen in the air. I know
personally that I have seen lights in the sky before, flying like no plane
could fly. I did not see them last night though. I wish I had. I don't see how
it could have been a meteor when the whole county heard and felt the shake and
the 2 counties that surround us also seen or felt something.

Hey remember me, I'm from Marion, Indiana, last night in Kokomo, Indiana
something blew up over the city and woke up my buddy and a bunch of other
people. Its' all over the news and radio. It happened at 10:00 o'clock pm on
April the 16th. But they said it was a dog fight between fighter jets. And I
also heard it was a meteor shower. I didn't see it but alot of people did. I
heard that the cops went to where they thought it fell. But they found
nothing.

something large on fire in the sky I actually slowed down to watch and I
noticed the cars around me did as well. But I was sure I was going to watch
something fall out of the sky and crash in the distance but it just
disappeared. It looked like something large on fire almost skipping (as if on
land) I kept waiting to see an explosion or something in the distance but it
was just gone. I got online tonight to see if anyone else had seen it too or
if there was a meteor reported but I'm just at a loss ?

Kokomo, Indiana Jets A Boom And Witness Seeing Windows On A Craft

Location of Sighting: Just West of Kokomo, In.

Number of objects: 9 flare like lights and 3 flashing lights.
Shape of objects: Circular.
HBCC UFO Research Note: Again, I would like to request if anyone else saw the
event unfold would you please be kind enough to contact Peter ZS2ABF at the
address above. The news reports started off with a possible meteor sighting,
that did not fit at all. Now the latest in the media is the Indiana Air
National Guard carrying out exercises. Well this may be, but I sure have
learnt not to take everything at face value, was there a unknown craft in the
area and "possible pursuit by the military aircraft ?
Full Description of event/sighting: I heard the Boom, went outside and heard
and saw overhead what looked like flames from the jets 2 engines. Then to the
West about 30 Degrees above the horizon I saw two sets of bright Orange
shaded flares. The first set of 3 flares lit up one at a time from South to
North. A few seconds later the second set of about 6 or 7 flares lit up very
close together in a straight line North to South just below and a little north
on the first set. The flares lasted for only about 10 to 15 seconds.
Also I noticed 3 blinking lights (like normal plane lights) in the West at
about 15 degrees above the horizon. They were in a straight line spaced out
about the width of my hand at arms length.
I saw similar flares and heard a jet last Fall in about the same location.
There were lots of reports of this incident. I talk to a person who was
driving in the area very close to the objects. He claimed he could see windows
on a craft with a lighted interior.
Maybe the jets were chasing something?

Kokomo, Indiana Sonic Boom/Jet Fighters - Event Covered Up ?

Time: After 10:00 p.m.
HBCC UFO Research has received numerous reports on this event, one of the
witnesses tells of a unknown craft that was seen in the area. So knowing the
military the way we do, I am wondering if there is more to this event than we
are being told. It certainly would not surprise me, and after reading the
below information it makes one wonder even more. Again, if anyone living in
the area has any information over the April 16, 2008 event would they please
contact me (Peter ZS2ABF) as any and all information is needed.
In response to the sightings in Kokomo, IN on April 16th 2008, on the police
scanner a little after 10pm, all available units (county, city and state
police, from 2 different counties) were all scrambling to find the source of
the sonic 'boom' They were discussing opening up two county schools football
fields to open a search command post. About 45 mins into the search, a county
official came over the radio and with a shaking voice, and "confirmed he was
at the scene" Mind you, early in during the search, about 10:15pm, the police
said they had contacted all major airports and no planes were in the area
directly prior to the event. They specifically named Grissom AFB and the
National Guard in Fort Wayne Indiana had been contacted and had no
involvement. Suddenly after the official confirmed the info about the scene,
they briefly kept calling it "an astronomical incident" and shortly after, all
units were told they were dismissed from the search, and to return to their
normal calls. All radio communication ceased, and the few officers talking
were told to communicate with cellular phones. The night of April 16th, many
unusual un-marked police cars were spotted around the Howard and Tipton county
lines, as if they were guarding something.
The next morning, the National Guard released a statement saying it "may have
been F-16 training in the area"
Hours later, they "confirmed it was government training"
Remember the first radio transmissions..."all airports and government
establishments had been contacted, and denied any air action in that time
period"
Hmm.
Interesting.
There were hundreds of 911 calls in Howard County Indiana within a 35 min
time-span.

Ogdensburg, New York Object With Trail Of Sparks
Date: April 16, 2008
Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.
I was outside picking up the kids bikes and it was approx 9:00 pm when I
turned around facing south east I saw a trail of sparks yellow in color and
that just appeared out of nowhere. What was strange about it there was no
noise and the trail was about a mile long in the sky and then it just
disappeared like it imploded. Again the color was goldish yellow and sparkles
leaving a trail, it was really cool to see. Was there a meteor shower that no
one knew about that night.

Rush County, Indiana No Cell Or Telephone Service (Military Helicopters)
Date: April 16, 2008
Time: N/A.
Also, for 8 hours on 4/16/08, Rush County, Indiana experienced no cell phone
service, no land line long distance service, and no wireless internet service.
People could not use credit cards or debit cards. Military helicopters also
spotted hovering on the north side of town. Reports from phone and internet
services stated that it was just a coincidence-- a fiber optic line had been
cut during road repairs and the Verizon office in Ohio that handles our phone
service had computer's go down that day.

West Lafayette, Indiana Another Witness To Indiana UFO Event
Date: April 16, 2008
Time: Evening.
Yes, I defiantly saw the lights from West Lafayette, Indiana on the Purdue
Campus as I was walking down a street. I looked up and saw a yellow light, it
then disappeared and about two seconds later reappeared in a different
position. It kept on doing so in a random fashion and at one point there were
two yellow lights and one seemed to zoom off. There was one set of dimmer
green lights that looked like they were in a circular formation flying away
from the yellow lights the green light could have been a plane, but I doubt it
and as for the yellow lights defiantly not a plane they were too random and
fast to be anything man made. Again I saw this on the 16th in the northeast
sky kind of near the horizon from West Lafayette on the Purdue Campus.

Barnstaple - North Devon England Sky Comes Alive With Jet Aircraft
Date: April 17, 2008
Time: Approx 9.30 p.m.
Just out of interest. I thought I'd let you know that something's being on in
our skies here tonight. Approx 9.30pm tonight, I was sat watching TV when I
had the weirdest feeling and our dog started to pace the room (I was in our
kitchen/dinning room - out back of our house) I felt really weird, this
feeling precipitated the next sensation/sound, which was almighty roaring of
aircraft flying above our houses.
Our dog didn't bark, but started pacing around the room looking bothered and
he whimpered a few times. At first, I thought it was probably nothing very
much to get alarmed about and thought that it was probably something to do
with RAF Chivenor marine base. I called to my husband to ask him what he
thought it was. He commented that it was nothing very much, just practice for
the military probably.
Then it started-up again, even louder this time. It sounded as though it was
right above our roof ! I got outside the back door as fast as I could, my
husband followed me saying that it's probably RAF Chivenor doing some kind of
training. (Over top of peoples houses ?)
I/we could clearly hear the roaring of jet aircrafts, however, we couldn't
(see) anything - not a thing ! We could see lots of "stars" as the sky was so
clear and the moon was very bright, but we couldn't see any aircraft at all
even though we could clearly hear them. It was more than one aircraft, it just
had to be, by the sounds we heard, either that, or one hell of a big aircraft
of some kind ! It went on for several minutes and then the whole sky seemed to
come alive with the roaring. I didn't see any next-door neighbors looking out
their windows. I even went up stairs to look out the windows to see if anyone
else was looking out with curiosity like I was, I couldn't see anyone at all.
They probably all had the same opinion as my husband and so didn't even bother
to look see.
Maybe my husband's right, maybe it was some kind of military exercise ? It's
just that I had such a weird feeling and our dog behaving like that was odd
too, he's always ok when a helicopter fly's over nearby as it never bothers
him. It was no way a helicopters, not making sounds like that. !
There's something else I will tell you. In the very early hours of Wednesday
morning, my husband decided to drive up to our local 24 hours grocery store,
it's just up the road here from us, as he had realized that we had run out of
milk, he wanted to go buy some. My husband told me that something strange had
happened on his way back from the store (it was still dark - only 3:30am. He
told me that as he was approaching the round-about, the bonnet of the car had
lit-up a violet/electric white blue color, this light, he told me, was all
across the road directly in front of the car. He said that at first, he
thought that it must be a police car driving up and reflecting lights ahead or
an ambulance or some such emergency type vehicle.
However, he said he could hear no sounds of emergency sirens or anything, the
road was completely empty, he had even got ready to pull-over incase an
ambulance wanted to rush past him, as he was coming up to the traffic lights.
That's when he thought that it was very odd, as he checked in his mirrors, he
could see absolutely no emergency vehicles , no other traffic on the roads at
all, he then thought that he must be hallucinating or something, but quickly
realized that it was in fact, very real, he said he then saw one vehicle on
the road ahead in the distance from him it was a white Mercedes van ,which he
said he saw turning-off to his right. My husband said that after noticing the
van driving down towards the town centre, that this violet/electric white blue
light, that was lighting up the road directly in front of him had totally gone
now.
I just thought that this might be of interest to you some way , and I have to
say that I'm now wondering whether these 2 events may be linked in some way.

Munford, Alabama A Ball Shaped Sphere

Full Description of event/sighting: We were going to town and it was about
1500 feet or so high and about 200 yards in front of us. We were going
northeast and the sun was behind us and we could plainly see a round ball
looking sphere. The insides were blackened and it had no lights or frame. As
it went over we first thought it was a weird helicopter, then we noticed it
had no propellers and no engines. It then went over the tree-line. My wife is
in denial, she saw it just fine until she realized it was nothing we had ever
seen or even heard of.

Castlegar, British Columbia A Horizontal Tear Drop Shaped UFO
Date: April 17, 2008
Time: Approx: 4:15 p.m.
A lady was out walking her dog along the road on the outskirts of Castlegar,
B.C., it was approx: 4:15 p.m and just above the roof of a home, and in the
distance just above the horizon/mountain top she saw an object. The UFO was
not moving and did not produce any sound or give off any sort of light
(reflective, etc), or have any lights on it. The craft was shaped like a
horizontal tear drop and the front of the object was a light grey and the back
end was a darker grey in color. The thing sat stationary for maybe 20 seconds
and then moved off extremely fast and went out of sight. Pretty much lost
sight of the object due to the local mountains in the area.

West Lafayette, Indiana Huge Meteor And Helicopters Hovering

Time: 1:35 p.m.
My name is (name removed). On April 17th At 1:35 Am I left to pick up My
check and that's when I saw The Meteor. And yes that's what it was, And buy
the way IT WAS BIG ! There was also pieces braking off of it . Any way I went
on to work got my check, on the way home I stopped to get gas " And I saw A
few (maybe three) Helicopter's hovering over where I guessing one of the
pieces broke off and landed. That's about all I can tell you "except if you
hold a soda can out with the end facing you at arms length that how big it
was, huge! P. S. I'm an amateur astronomer, as well as a night owl so I've
seen these a lot but never this big it was kind of scary.

Hayward And Faded Away In Oakland, California An Oval UFO

Location of Sighting: Began in Hayward and Faded away in Oakland, CA.

Shape of objects: Oval.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving on 880 in Hayward, towards
Oakland when I saw what I thought was a new style of airplane in the sky, and
not very high in the air either. I began to focus on this object really hard
and realized that it was an oval shaped object that was turning like a top,
continuously and it seemed to be following the freeway. It was not high up, a
lot lower than a plane and it had several windows in it and you could see in
the windows, a lot bigger than airplane windows. Inside was a bright light,
there was 1 single red light on top and it followed the freeway from Hayward,
up until Oakland , Broadway when it headed into the city towards the bay, and
that was the last I saw of it. I know what I saw, I know I'm not crazy, this
thing had me poopin in my pants, I hope I never see something like this again
and I know other people saw it on the freeway because people were getting off
the freeway like mad men.

Over Telkwa/Smithers British Columbia A Possible Meteor Sighting

If anyone else in the Smithers, Telkwa, Houston, etc witnessed the object

At about 2:35 a.m. Saturday morning I was sitting on my couch on our first
floor, looking out the window, wondering if it was getting windy outside and I
saw a huge ball of what looked like orange - yellow fire streaking downwards
in a slight arc north towards the Babine Mountain Range. We live on the top
of a hill on the outskirts of Telkwa. It looked like it was going from
southwest to north. It seemed like only five seconds that it was in the sky.
I couldn't believe my eyes. I have never seen anything like it. I was fully
awake,(and now cannot get back to sleep!) having brought our new puppy inside
about an hour earlier due to him being uncomfortable in his dog house. I am
wondering if there have been other sightings this morning.
Additional Information:
I would like to hear any updates or other possible meteor sightings. I have
never seen anything like it and because it was so big and colorful, going so
fast, maybe someone else awake at this time may have spotted it too. At the
time, now thinking about it, I did hear a roaring which prompted me to look
out the window to see if there was a windstorm , and then I thought it might
be the wood burning fireplace. Seconds later is when I saw the fireball which
was slightly smaller than what the moon size is to my eye.

Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were entering the Mission
Church Festival last Saturday night in Saint Augustine, Fl. We looked up at
the large cross and I did say, what the hell is that ! I point upward, look 2
pumpkin lights in the sky. I thought they we're part of the festival. They
looked like orange Jack-O-lanterns. My wife always bust my chops about
sightings, so no one really paid attention. We proceeded in to the fair. Later
that night the news reported bright lights and also orange lights, my wife
said whoops! You we're right.

Berne, Switzerland Orange Light
Date: April 19, 2008
Time: 9:20 p.m.

Shape of objects: Star-like, orange light.
Full Description of event/sighting: About 30 to 40 degrees above horizon. The
object first seemed to fly in the viewers direction. (The light's getting
brighter.) After about a minute the pretty strong light faded away, object
disappeared. Sky was clear, no clouds, near to or full moon. The length of the
observation about 1 to 1 1/2 minute. I expected a copter/airplane because we
have some copter traffic due to a hospital nearby and the object stood still
for about 20 seconds. (the brightness of the light source doesn't changed any
more). But the copter/airplanes have blinking lights an much more to white.
This orange light was constant. No blinks.
It probably was a manned balloon, but I'm unsure if they would get a
permission here for a nightfly. Maybe a late landing procedure? But it still
remains a question why using the burner that high off the ground for more than
a minute and then take no further action. That makes no sense to me but is the
only rational explanation.

Full Description of event/sighting: Well, I hope all is well with you, and I
have had another interesting event. My roommate was sitting outside at 7:00 PM
and the sky was clear, no clouds, still plenty light. It doesn't get dark
around here until 8:45 or so. He came running into the house and said "you
have got to see this!" I thought he might have been talking about the birds in
our yard as we feed many species of wild ones. I walked out and he pointed up
in the sky to the east. I saw a plane leaving a chemtrail. He said, " No!
Those silver things!" As I looked, above the plane (higher) I began to see
what I thought were stars.
They were silver and shiny and sitting still. They were also lined up. At the
beginning there were three. Then, they slowly started moving to the east (we
were using the tree branches as reference) and more seem to "appear" and
follow the others. They were extremely slow, but definitely in a line. I
thought maybe they were balloons, but they were just too high up and were in
such a uniform line that it had to be impossible for them to be balloons! They
also had to be extremely large as we compared them to numerous planes flying
from east to west above us. They were very shiny and silver and seemed to be
circular. In all, we saw 16 total craft. The whole episode took 10 minutes. We
were sitting looking for more, much to our surprise, one came back heading
west at a high rate of speed and much lower (about a planes altitude) and it
went from horizon to horizon in about 15 seconds.
There was also a plane in the sky and it appeared to be moving at a turtle's
pace compared to this circular craft. Very weird! Later on in the night at
about 10:00 pm we went out again, and saw something else that was equally
weird. We saw a white light moving from north to south and it looked like a
satellite. Then, coming from the south heading north another white light. As
they approached each other, the one heading south turned off it's light until
it was past the other one! Now, I can not explain how one would black-out and
the other would stay lighted, but it was definitely an intelligent move! I
have never seen a satellite go "black" as another one passed by it! The sky is
really getting hot around here and I hope someone else has witnessed these
events! Will be looking more often now. Thanks, and let me know if you get
anymore reports from this area, would be interested to know.
