General Saw Alien Debris
This week the Files cover: General Lovekin's UFO Disclosure Revelations,
Santilli Changes His Autopsy Film Story, Mars Y, Freak Waves, Global
Warming Isn't Necessarily a Catastrophe, Monthly Statistical MUFON Report
for March 2006.
Unidentified Flying Objects were spotted over California, Illinois,
Indiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Tennessee, and Texas. UFOs were seen in Australia, Canada, Mexico, and
United Kingdom. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life
not only exists, but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs
reported each week, many represent alien craft. The United States Air Force
Blue Book Project conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from 1947
until December 1969, when it disbanded its investigative team. We are
continuing the investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in
the universe. Sacred ancient writings and our earliest structures such as
the pyramids, and artifacts on the Moon and Mars point to alien
intelligence. I observed an alien UFO on my radar and London Control had us
intercept the UFO over England.
Let us look for some of the evidence.
General Lovekin Saw Alien Debris
In 2002, I met with Stephen Lovekin during the Disclosure Project
Briefings. During 1958, he was trained as a technical specialist in the
Army Signaling Agency. He served in the basement of the White House for
both President Eisenhower and Kennedy until August of 1961. Lovekin is
currently a practicing attorney in North Carolina and a now a Brigadier
General in the North Carolina State Guard, a state militia unit. He told us
that during his training in the basement of the Pentagon in 1959. he had
been briefed by a Lt. Colonel Hollomon (sp?) who explained how important
our duties would be in keeping the President informed and that UFOs were
taken very seriously by the highest levels of government including the
President.
Lt. Colonel Hollomon grabbed a stainless steel toolbox during a training
session at the Pentagon and pulled out a piece of dusty gray metal that had
symbols on it. It was like a yardstick and the colonel said, "It was part
of an alien craft that crashed in New Mexico in 1947." It had been taken
from a box of materials that the military was attempting to decipher, they
believed the encryption on it were symbols of instruction. He stated, "They
were showing them this material to indicate the grave importance of our job
and to keep the President informed." Last week in Filer's Files we showed a
photograph of some of the debris material photographed by James Bond
Johnson in General Ramey's office, below is another piece of the beam with
symbols that look like wings.

Lovekin mentioned there were hundreds of high quality authentic Project
Blue Book cases from excellent witnesses that were not released to the
public and were discussed quite openly in the office. Everyone had Q
clearances that were above Top Secret and a special need to know basis.
Lovekin had become fairly friendly with the President when he took messages
to his office and noticed that Eisenhower was a doodler and made symbols on
much of his paperwork. The President was very interested in the sizes,
shapes and the propulsion systems of UFOs. Most of the doodles looked like
disks or triangle shaped UFOs. He saw numerous high quality close up photos
taken by Air Force pilots -- pictures of UFOs. He felt that all services
were involved in researching the phenomenon. Lovekin had learned much of
the research had been turned over to civilian industry, and they were
making giant discoveries without keeping the government informed. Lovekin
also said that Kennedy was given the same UFO data and messages as
Eisenhower, and seemed interested. His declaration to send a Man to the
Moon may have been the result.
This is a photo of I took the President's doodles at the Eisenhower
Library. Lovekin: Well he was waiting for a phone call on one occasion, and
he started doodling. That was one of his favorites. ...somehow or other he
got to taking about UFOs in 1952 shortly before he took office ...the
sightings in Washington DC. ...But he was talking about some other things
as well. He just kind of rambled on. There wasn't too much that was
specific, but he did discuss it. It was a very very important concern of
his.
There were hundreds of cases of radar lockon. There were strict regulations
involving anything had to do with the reporting of a UFO or talking about a
UFO. If you wanted to ruin your career... it was made clear to us that if
you wanted to mess up your career, the way you could do it the fastest was
to talk about UFOs, that we were being groomed for Top Secret and above,
and that we certainly would not be cleared for any kind of confidential
material should this be released.
Santilli Changes His Autopsy Film Story
Philip Mantle writes: Tonight showed the SKY ONE TV show 'Eamon
Investigates - Alien Autopsy. The show starts of with Santilli still
claiming that he saw real film of aliens and that he purchased it from a
former US military cameraman. However, there is now a change in the story.
Santilli and his colleague Gary Shoefield claim that when it finally
arrived in London 95% of it had 'oxidised,' therefore they hired UK
sculptor John Humphreys. Humphreys had to reconstruct the body with parts
from sheep. They claim that some of the surviving original frames are seen
mixed in with the reconstruction/restoration. After watching this tonight,
I can honestly say that I do not believe one word of either Santilli or
Shoefield and I have no doubt that the film is nothing more than a complete

A large crater is shown with a small crater filled with ice inside it. At
the upper left is a Y like symbol, possibly from dark growing vegetation.
We are finding numerous letter Y's, that appear unlikely to be caused by
natural forces. WARS OF GODS AND MEN, noting this system of the olden
days...where the arrows meet, land here. Well it is much more than that.
Unfortunately a time line hasn't lifted yet to totally discuss this Y or Z
shape in public. There are many types of the symbol Y. The letter itself
can contain lots of information if read like a totem.

Norman Bryden writes, "Here is another section of the Mars Global Surveyor
photograph of cliff objects and other multiple areas of interest. Not
everyone sees the same things and are not required to. On he right there is
a man's head and hand holding up an object. You can make out the facial
features like a pronounced nose and grinning smile. He looks like he is
wearing a pointed cap or helmet and has a collar or beard around his neck.
If you look closely you can see an object in his hand that is sort of in
the shape of a large fish hook or some type of instrument. There are other
possible intelligent carvings, terraces, platforms, objects and openings on

Freak Waves 80 feet High
The European Space Agency (Esa) said on Wednesday it has finally been
proven that giant waves exist. Sailors often whisper of monster waves when
ships sink mysteriously but, until now, no one quite believed them. As part
of a project called MaxWave - which was set up to test the rumors - two Esa
satellites surveyed the oceans. During a three week period they detected 10
giant waves, all of which were over 25m (81 ft) high. Thanks to Esa.
Global Warming Catastrophe?
By Erich Wiedemann -- Ice-cap melting may be bad news for the polar bears
in Canada, but it is great news for Pat Broe of Denver who figures global
warming will make him around $100 million a year. His friends laughed at
him when he bought the run-down port in Churchill -- a tiny outpost of a
thousand souls on the Hudson Bay. Broe paid a symbolic price of seven
dollars -- not a bad price for a port. Temperatures in the Northern
Hemisphere are rising and the summers are getting longer and the pack ice
is getting thinner.

By 2015 the North Pole is expected to be navigable for normal ships six
months out of the year. An oil tanker only needs a week to make it from the
Russian port city Murmansk to the east coast of Canada. That's only half
the time it takes from Abu Dhabi on the Persian Gulf to Galveston, Texas.
And from Churchill to Chicago on the Hudson Bay Railway, it's not much
further than from Texas to the Windy City. Tankers from Venezuela to Japan
can even save some 12,000 kilometers (7,500 miles) by traveling over the
pole. The first cargo likely to be transported via the Northwest Passage is
Russian oil from Siberia destined for North America.
The Arctic is a giant treasure trove for energy with a quarter of the
world's oil and gas reserves hidden underneath its rapidly shrinking ice.
At current market values they would be worth $1.5 to $2 trillion. Five
nations are competing for their very own lucrative chunk of the frosty
north: Norway, Russia, Denmark, Canada and the United States. Last August,
the Russian steamer "Akademik Fyodorov" became the first ship to reach the
North Pole without the help of an icebreaker. Russian President Vladimir
Putin says, "If Russia was two or three degrees warmer, parts of Siberia
could become blooming landscapes." The old seafaring dream of the Northwest
Passage will also soon be a reality. It will cut the distance between
Hamburg and Yokohama nearly in half. Snip
California Triangular Lights
PLAYA DEL REY -- I was having a cigarette, looking for satellites on April
3, 2006, when I saw three lights in a triangle shape, at 1:35 AM, moving
faster and higher than any plane I've ever seen before. I see a lot of
planes as I live next to LAX. But these made no noise, not even a delay of
noise. As they went towards the horizon heading west, the object changed
shape, and two lights went left (south) and disappeared. The third stayed
straight and disappeared.
Los Angeles -- What I heard, on the Channel 4 news on April 5, 2006, I have
recorded on my TiVo. The news lady, who's name is Coleen Williams said, she
saw the Stealth Bomber do a fly by just under the clouds, and it looked
like a big kite in the sky. The weather man, who's name is Fritz Coleman
said, that's strange, I wonder why it didn't show up on my Doppler. To me
they got a funny look on their faces, and changed the subject. Maybe what
she really saw, was a large Triangular shaped craft, other then the
Stealth.
Indiana Sheriff Says Lights Are Flares
BATTLE GROUND -- The Kokomo Indiana area lights were also visible on
Wednesday, March 29, 2006, around 9 PM, from Battle Ground south of Kokomo,
Indiana. They are due east and fairly distant. I've seen them before as
well, sometime within the last two years. I didn't take note of the exact
date but it was during an outdoor program I was doing either on a Friday or
Saturday evening between 7:30 and 8:30 PM. The entire audience started to
make comments and point over my head. Lights off in the east hanging in
midair, then just going out. I joked about the mother-ship coming back for
me.
Kokomo - On March 29, 2006, two witnesses saw bright points of amber,
orange light that separate like an accordion and then disappear after five
seconds. I saw five of these tonight to the west with later sightings
moving slowly north. Once we saw two sets of three lights simultaneously.
My sister-in-law also saw one appearance. The sightings started at about
9:19 and lasted until 9:38 PM.
Grissom AFB -- After contacting the base asking about if they were carrying
out any type of exercise that may account for the strange sightings
reported by many over the orange lights, the Air Force tells us they are
not doing training exercises.
Yet, the Lafayette Journal and Courier contacted the Tippecanoe County
Sheriff and spoke with a Smokey Anderson who had received information from
the Miami County Sheriff who reported the lights to be flares from training
exercises done at Grissom. I checked with Tippecanoe County Sheriff Smokey
Anderson about the orange-colored lights you said have been spotted near
Lafayette and other nearby towns. He said that the Miami County sheriff
said the lights are from flares from training exercises done at Grissom.
Anderson, who lives in southern Tippecanoe County, also spotted the lights
about a year ago and made some calls then. He explained them as the flares
that shoot off in a circular motion to tell an aircraft which direction to
head, he said. I hope this explanation helps. Thank you to the Lafayette

Editor's Note: There is a designated Exercise area west of Kokomo but not
to the east. Burning Flares even if attached to parachutes have a limited
burning time of a few minutes and drop slowly in altitude. Some accounts
have people following and chasing for extended periods. KC-135R aircraft
are stationed at Grissom and fly refueling missions. ANG F-16's fly out of
Fort Wayne Airport and have flare dispensers.
Mississippi Cluster of Lights
On April 3, 2006, working for UPS, I was out delivering packages and saw in
the distance a cluster of bright lights flashing in different colors. It
was around 8:30 PM, or so and was carried in the local news a few days
later. In the close up shot you can see the detail that shows it wasn't
from here. It looked like a disco ball. And it was still and made no noise.
Then, I went back to work looking at it for about a minute. Thanks to MUFON

New York Rectangle With Two Red Lights
Castleton -- A friend and I were driving on Brookview Road when I noticed
an object hovering above the tree line on April 5, 2006. It was cloudy
enough that you could not see any stars, and at first my friend thought it
may be a helicopter, until we came closer and I could make out the object's
silhouette against the clouds. We had our windows down and it was silent,
so I knew even before I saw the outline of the object that it was neither a
plane nor a helicopter. From what I could make out from the silhouette
against the clouds, the object was rectangular, with two red lights and a
row of white lights, one of which was flashing. It did not have any lights
on either side indicative of wings on a plane and planes cannot hover. It
was hovering below the clouds and above the tree line.
My friend put the car into reverse so I could get out and take a closer
look with my camera zoomed in. Two or three seconds later, the object had
vanished. My initial reaction when I saw the object was "is that a UFO?"
and then upon getting a closer look and then having it vanish, it grew into
excitement. I've been waiting to see something that close-up for thirteen
