Last weeks news letter was No. 23 on the Bulletin list, but I made a
mistake and said it was No.22 at the heading of the actual Letter.
Sorry about that,I can't be perfect all the time but I do try.
I wonder if anyone noticed ?

As no Sightings are coming from the Ham's themselves. I will have to tell
you of my sighting.
You may have thought why do I write about UFO,s. Well If you have seen
one, you are then a believer
and you don't care about all the sceptics out there saying it is not true,
and that we are "Nutters"
Here's my story.
Date: +- 1954 (I'm now too old to remember the exact date).
Place: The County of Derbyshire, England Nr. the City of Sheffield.
My two friends and I were staying at a Youth Hostel that was built on top
of a Ridge and had a vast view
of the surrounding countryside. We lay in our bunk beds in the men's
dormitory talking, when one of my friends
noticed a moving light in the sky. It was only when it changed direction
suddenly and very fast did he bring it to our attention.
We all watched the white light for more then one hour. It looked like an
Electric Light bulb. It Came closer and enlarged.
Then sped off in a totally different direction and nearly disappeared as
it flew out to space. It then criss crossed the sky at great speed,
Crossing the large horizon in just a couple of seconds.
We then heard an aeroplane approaching (Rare in that neck of the woods)
the white light (UFO) shot straight up and disappeared
as it faded to a pinpoint of light. The plane lumbered across the sky and
seemed to take forever to cross the horizon from right to left.
It's path was easily seen as we monited it's flashing Navigation lights.
When the plane has gone the UFO returned and continued to
zip around the sky as if it was on a pleasure flight, as it's erratic
motions seemed pointless to us. As suddenly as the UFO had
appeared it shot off and vanished.
More Information:
When I returned back to the City of Sheffield at the end of our weeks
holiday I looked at the last weeks newspapers.
In one of them was a News article saying that other people in the city
had seen what we had seen and described it as we had seen it.
NOTE - Sheffield is a major Steel-making city and there are several large
Blast Furnaces poring Molten Steel on a nightly basis.
The "Experts" said that it was the reflection on to the underside of
Clouds from the top of these Blast Furnaces that these people had seen.
That's rubbish as we were 30 Miles out of town, no cloud cover to be seen
and we were looking in the opposite direction to the City.
The trouble with these "experts" is that they do not want to believe in
Alien visitors to our Earth.

HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Langley, British Columbia Huge Round Craft Hovers (UFO)
Date: 1982
Time: Evening
My UFO experience was in 1982. I was living in south Langley at the time.
I was 22 years old. I came home from work, had a shower, got changed and
left to go to my boyfriend's house in south Surrey, almost White Rock. I
was driving along 200th street and turned onto 16th avenue toward White
Rock. All of a sudden there was a huge round aircraft hovering in the same
place, sitting just still. It had all kinds of different colored lights,
or I thought it was different colored lights all around it. I pulled over
and was looking at it, I was just mesmerized. I looked around and noticed
other cars had pulled over. I don't know how long I was there for, and
then as fast as it appeared, it was gone. Nobody got out of their cars and
said, " Did you see that".
I then continued to go to my boyfriends. I did not mentioned what I saw
until 2 years later, my boyfriend, at the time is my husband now. I don't
really think he believes me and I did mention it a few years later to
friends and got laughed at. So I just have not mentioned it since, until a
few years ago. We went to Langley to visit friends, (we live in Powell
River for the past 14 years) and we went to a movie. They had just built
this huge complex out towards the freeway on 200th, with 18 theatres in
it. On the roof of this great big complex is a spaceship exactly like the
one I saw years ago, which triggered my memory of what I saw. So I'm
thinking of whomever designed that must have been in one of the cars and
saw exactly what I saw. That is my story, and if you have any more
information about my experience or know someone else with a similar
experience, or if you know who designed that huge display on that complex
in North Langley. I would sure be interested in hearing something. Just to
know somebody else saw what I did would sure make me feel better. I am
glad to share this with you and to know you are not laughing at me.

Near Deyo, Or Lawton Oklahoma Round Silver Discs
Date: May 7, 2000
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Round, silver discs.
My husband and I were travelling east on an interstate, when suddenly to
our left; we looked out the car window and saw two round shiny silver
discs flying at a fast rate of speed. We were so caught up in the
fascination of seeing something we'd never seen before, that it did not
occur to us that these shiny balls of light could be UFO's. I kept
thinking they must be some kind of new artillery being used by the
military as we were near a base, but they flew along, maybe 50 (?) feet
above the ground and then made a sharp turn upward at an angle. They went
straight up very fast and emitting long yellow flames from the bottoms of
the vehicles. When they went out of my line of vision, (I was looking
through the front windshield, my husband was still looking out of his side
window) they just vanished very quickly, and were trying to pinpoint just
when and where we saw them to document this.
It was far out in the countryside where there only a few farms, and we
were the only car on the highway. We are still puzzled by this sighting.
It was as if the shiny discs reflected the sunshine, for they looked
silvery, much like light hitting a mirror. Please keep my name anonymous
and I am not interested in talking to anyone or publicity. (My own family
thinks we imagined this very strange occurrence). But it did happen. It
was on a Mother's Day.

Prince George British Columbia Red Lights Reported
Date: February 23, 2006
Time: Between 10:30 - 10:45 p.m.
Tonight, March 25, 2006 I received a telephone call from a fellow who
resides in Prince George B.C. He related a sighting that he had back in
February 23, 2006. The man had taken his dog out so it could do its
business, the fellow looked up to see two red lights moving across the
night sky. He said the lights took approx: five minutes to cross the sky,
with one of the red lights more in front of the other. He also stated that
the lights kept the same distance between one another and travelling at
the same speed. There were no nav lights, blinking or flashing off and on
as one would see on a normal aircraft. There was just steady red light.
Also the witness said there was no sound to be heard, which he thought
unusual and figured he should have heard some noise if it was an aircraft.
As the lights got over top Cranbrook Hill, the last red light, paused for
a brief time, then it zipped off and was gone.
Also the gentleman mentioned that two years ago at 4:00 a.m. he was
outside and looking up at the Big Dipper and observed an orange light
making circles and a figure eight around the night sky. This object
whatever it was also shot off like it was shot out of a gun.

Syracuse, New York Cigar Shaped Craft (UFO)
Date: March 20, 2006 & (2005)
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Syracuse, NY - right over my neighbourhood.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Cigar-shaped, thin.
Earlier this week, I witnessed what I believe to be a UFO. It is not my
first UFO sighting. I have seen several during the summer of 2005 and
earlier. I was standing outside my house on our front sidewalk when I saw
what I thought was an unusual white plane flying over my house. After
closer inspection, I realized it was just a normal airplane. However,
while scanning the sky near the plane, a thin, whitish object caught my
eye. I simply watched the object as it flew very slowly. It was
cigar-shaped, very thin in the sky.
The most unusual thing about the sighting is the fact that as the object
was in flight, it turned in such a way that the top part of the craft
appeared white and the bottom looked black or Gray. I was really amazed at
this point because it was like nothing I had ever seen. I could view no
wings or tail on this aircraft. I even entertained the thought of it being
a bird, but I ruled the possibility of that out when it came to hover near
a cloud, as if it was seeking shelter. It was a very clear, blue sky with
only a few thin clouds. I wanted to run in my house for my binoculars so
that I could view the object more clearly. The object was going to fly
directly over our street, at the time I ran in the house. I wish I had
just stayed outside to see where it was going.
By the time I returned with my binoculars, the object was nowhere in
sight. I'm not sure of the altitude of the object, only that it was not at
treetop level or anything like that. We live close to an airport, so I
have seen many different aircraft, including blimps, commuter planes,
commercial planes, and helicopters, both day and night, and this was
nothing like any of those. I could not hear any sound coming from the
object and there was no exhaust trail either. It seemed to float almost
like a sail, very hard to describe. I will keep you posted on any new
sightings.

Southside Of Kokomo, Indiana Multiple Orange Lights
Date: March 21, 2006
Time: 9:30 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 6-7
Shape of objects: Orange Round Lights.
Approx: 21:30, I saw a row of bright orange round lights in the Western
sky. The lights, when I first saw them, appeared to be connected as if it
the lights were part of one object. Then, the lights moved independent of
each other. This is the third time I have seen them over the past three
years in the Kokomo area.
Additional Information:
It was mostly clear with a few clouds. Low 40s. The lights were on the
western horizon. Low on horizon maybe 45 degrees. The lights appeared at
first motionless. The lights seemed to be part of a single rotating
object. Then the lights began to move as if they were single objects. The
lights moved horizontally then the northern most lights moved upwards and
then the lights faded out.
The lights were yellow-orange perfectly round. The lights were much larger
than typical aircraft lights or stars.
There is a small municipal airport about 10 miles northeast of the
sighting location. Grissom Air Force Reserve Base 15 miles to the north.
Grissom has mostly KC 130 refuelers. Occasionally, F-16s, stealth B2s and
F117s. I am pretty familiar with the appearance of aircraft lights at
night. The military aircraft will sometimes launch flares/chaff in
training. I know what these look like.
The orange lights I saw did not behave like anything I have every seen. I
have no idea what the lights were.

Kokomo, Indiana Another Witness To Unusual Orange Lights
Date: March 21, 2006
Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.
I saw same lights as reported in Kokomo last night. I watch night sky a
lot and have never seen anything like this. What is going on?
Additional Information:
On Tuesday night of this week (3/21/2006) I was starting to walk dog
leaving house at approx 9:00pm Indiana time. I immediately noticed a
bright amber-orange light to the west through some trees in my neighbours
yard. It attracted my attention simply because of the intensity and
unusual colour. Similar to those bright amber streetlights. I pretty much
wrote it off as a nose light on a Grissom AFB strato tanker, perhaps
banking into a turn for landing at the local AFB. About 30 minutes later
at the conclusion of my dog walk again to the west I noticed brighter and
more intense orange lights of which 3-4 seemed to appear and then
disappear.
They seemed to arc slightly and were only visible for 4-6 seconds. They
seemed pretty far away, did not appear to be fireworks, but had that same
colour of amber fireworks and no sound. After seeing these lights I really
thought perhaps I had witnessed either a plane fire, engine coming off a
jet or something falling out of the sky like a military flare release. I
came home and told my wife and turned on the TV, half expecting to see a
news release of a plane crash. Nothing showed up on the news, so I went
online to see what I could find. I typed in amber lights and found mainly
websites about UFOs, which strangely seemed to coincide with what I saw.
I am still bothered by what I saw, because I called the Grissom AFB the
next morning and talked to the public affairs officer and he stated they
do not use flares during missions or refuelling operations since if would
be dangerous with all that fuel, I asked him if any A-10 were in the area
releasing flares. And he stated that no, they only do that over proving
grounds. He then asked me to describe what I saw and I gave him a brief
description, he said that was interesting because another person had
called saying he had described exactly the same thing I saw.
I didn't report this to your service, but I went out the following evening
to look at the sky because it has been unusually clear skies lately, sort
of rare here this time of year at about the same time 9:00 pm the night of
3/22/2006 I spotted 4 separate bright orange lights at random times, and
randomly dispersed through the sky unlike the first night. I know what
commercial planes look like, I know what satellites look like, I know what
helicopters look like, I have seen northern lights, falling stars comets
etc., and nothing has been like these "lights" I went out last night
(Thursday) but it was too cloudy to see anything.
Also this was the second person to report these lights.

East Vancouver, BC A Large Bright Red Flashing Light Flying In Circles
Date: March 25, 2006
Time: 4:06 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
It was a large bright red flashing light that was flying in circles
somewhat low at times to the ground. There was not any sound coming from
the flying object and due to the fact that planes are restricted to flying
into YVR during the night I figured it was not a plane. The object was
circling the area above my house and then proceeded to turn and fly over
the next block, like it was surveying the area. At one point the object
went straight up and I knew this could not be a plane due to erratic
flying pattern it was making. After 20 minutes of this the object just
disappeared.
---------
East Vancouver, BC Another Witness Observes The Strange Red Light
Date: March 25, 2006
Time: Approx: 4:00 am
About that story posted today on your website about the red flashing
bright light, my girlfriend and I were awake at that time (she has a sore
elbow from breaking it months ago) and I noticed it moving from north to
south, kind of over East Vancouver. It was flashing and very red. I
pointed it out to my girlfriend who said it was probably a FedEx plane
coming in, as I think those mail carriers are allowed to fly early in the
morning.
All I know is that that light was really red, and from our vantage point,
seemed to have only one red light and nothing more i.e. no green or white
nav lights.
I guess all you could do is phone YVR and ask if a FedEx plane came in to
land at that time.
PS: As we were awake, I joked that we should be looking out our bedroom
window for UFOs as they are seen early in the morning. I told my
girlfriend about the guy who lived near English Bay and saw a UFO over
English Bay at 4:00am awhile back.
Additional Information:
Yes, it was around 4:00 am. I was up before my girlfriend, but she woke up
suddenly because her elbow was hurting her. As we were talking, that's
when I noticed the light outside in the distance. Our bedroom blinds are
always open slightly as one of our cats always rattles them if they are
closed (so she can't look out).
The first thing I noticed was that it was really, really red. The weather
was clear with medium puffy clouds. The red sure stood out against the
dark blue sky.
Here are a few more observations on that red light from early this
morning. When I said that it was flashing, it wasn't really "flashing"
with some strobe-like effect, it was more like these slow pulses ever
second or so.
One can hear in their mind what the pulsing would sound like, sort of like
a ...... whooomp ...... whooomp ...... whooomp .... As it moved quickly
but not too quickly.
I am still not feeling that "My, God, I just saw a UFO" kind of thing, but
the more I think about it, the creepier it's starting to feel to me.
The creepiest thing is that I wouldn't have seen it if I didn't wake up
from a harsh dream, realizing I had to pee, peeing then climbing back into
bed, hitting my girlfriends sore arm where she wakes up, we talk and as we
talk I glance out the slightly raised blinds (for the cat) where I see
this intensely red shining light.
It was I reckon maybe 2 miles or so away, and most people would
automatically think that it was probably a jet. The shape wasn't elongated
like a jet would be, but it is still hard to tell at night from a
distance.
As for the other lights and craft that I've seen (I never saw nothing
until I moved to Burnaby) they all appeared "out of the blue". Literally.
Especially the small light that flew 10 ft. over the Cessna over BCIT back
in Feb of 2002.
With this morning's sighting, "accidental" sighting more like it; it
really suggests that people who happen to see genuine UFOs are indeed
lucky. Some people do say this type of thing.
I agree. All of the stuff that I've seen, all I was doing was either
smoking, walking my dog, or stretching my legs. I have been wondering to
myself lately when I would see my next UFO, or perhaps do I really want to
see one, but as it is I did but I just don't know it yet.

Campbell, California A Very Bright Orange Light - Seemed To Stop
Date: March 25, 2006
Time: 9:05 p.m.
Location of Sighting: On my patio looking south west, Campbell, CA
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round orange glow.
While sitting on my patio I looked towards the Western, SW sky and saw a
very bright orange light which looked like a very bright star, but orange.
Then I noticed that it was moving slowing towards the southern sky. It
slowed down, and then it seemed to stop for a few seconds. Moving again,
it then moved slightly to the left, then to the right, almost stopping
again then it continued to move in an S to SW direction until it became
very small, then disappeared. The entire sighting lasted about 1.5
minutes. The colour was very orange. Movement was slow, light that of a
satellite. Sounds a bit like the sighting in Perth this February.

Stillwater, Oklahoma Entire Sky Lights Up
Date: March 26 2006
Time: 4:45 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Highway 51 9 miles west of Stillwater.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Circular
I was driving down the highway right outside Stillwater, OK with 3 other
friends at 4:30 am last night and I start to get this weird feeling. I
looked around and out of the corner of my eye; I noticed that the sky was
lightening up. And at first, I'm thinking it's going to be thunder maybe.
But no. It was different. There was no thunder. There was no rain, no
lightning, and no nothing. But the sky continued to lighten up until it
appeared as light as day outside. And I mean for literally 10 seconds it
was broad daylight outside. This wasn't like a thunder flash either; it
was like the sun rising because it was very gradual but still in seconds
it went from night to day.
Then I saw it. I really can't explain what I saw but it was like a giant
shooting star right in front of us. A circular object with a hint of red
flame behind it streamed in the sky from the back of the car towards the
front. It appeared to slip back and forth through the clouds and then
disappeared behind the clouds and it faded to night again. I don't mean a
little bit of light above us either I'm talking the whole sky lightening
up as far as I could see. It was like in those movies where they
fast-forward the sunrise then it speeds back to sunset. One other friend
saw the object but the other two just noticed the brightening. I couldn't
sleep because it freaked me out so much.
