The implication here is that the URL given in an earlier bulletin
contained an incorrect address. While it did not give the URL of the home
page of the author of TSTHost, it did point to a Web site which contained
the latest TSTHost, a wider range of servers for TSTHost and lots more.
For those that missed it:
