I had the same problem at one time,Roy. I can't remember how it was
cured.
later versions of FBB do fail at some of the things older ones can handle.
In my case, I was sending messages via a digipeater. The sysop of that BBS
said I could not use unproto headers via a digi.
I checked some back copies of TPK to find that I had cennected with that
particular BBS using a digi at one address. I found:
BR GB7XXX U GB7XXX V DIGI in my CONFIG.TPK
The only difference was, he had 'upgraded' from FBB 5.15 to FBB 7.00g
I got around it by installing Roger Barker's 'Makelist' until the nice
man between us turned his digi off.
That put me on to Winpack 6.80 and Telnet. Thank you Trevor.
