tnt version 1.7 is available.
currently only on internet, but i will
broadcast next days on packet radio too.

the following changes were made:

- format of log.c changed. qrg-field will be expanded to 7 Chars.
- Debian support integrated (f5ibh, Jean-Luc)
- changed ax25k.c to support glibc-systems
- NetBSD Support by Berndt Josef Wulf, wulf@ping.net.au
therefore a new script "TNT_SETUP" exists
- sound-support for ax25
- ini-file will now searched in several places.
- totally cleaned up Install-Script.
- compatibility patch for logcall-runprg
- install will now be easy, thanx to Berndt Josef Wulf
- DXCluster support Henning Folger, DL6DH, 06.02.1999
