Hello All TNC Users - my main Packet Radio TNC is a clone of the TAPR TNC2
that I bought in the early 1990's and assembled as a Kit supplied by one of
the Radio Parts Providers in Perth Western Australia who sold them until the
7910 World Modem Chip became unavailable -

He then sold his remaining Kit TNC Circuit Boards with parts only less the
7910 Chip and I was able to get some 7910 Chips from early low speed Telephone
Modems to complete some spares -

Have since acquired an MFJ-1270 and a 1278 as well however the original TAPR
clone TNC2 is still working fine and am using it on Packet with an FM-92
Transceiver on 2Mx as well as a 166MHz Pentium-1 computer with Winpack however
in the past have used TPK, TSThost as well as Lanlink and Packet-5 programs -
