I read John, G8MNY's posts if and when time permits and, by and large, do
NOT feel compelled to comment, however THIS one begs and/or raises the
following question:- .....
The greatest damage on our roads, irrespective of where you live, whether
you're in a 1st world or 3rd world country, irrespective of your
demographic and, it seems, how high on the evolution ladder you stand, it
seems to be the nut BEHIND the wheel. How do we tighten that particular
nuts so as to limit the damage????
