This is the heart of the problem with acceptance; the "Proper Disposal"
The life of some of these components, is longer than many of our
lifetines, and much was produced before the realisation of the problem
that was to raise it's ugly head in te future. However, the problem of
nclear is not the method, but those that run it. Human error bring a major
factor in many cases, historically, has borne this out. Ask Homer Simpson.

Besides, there is always the "lunatic fring" that wiull want to procure
the wast for more nefarious purposes!
Cheap Clean & efficient, yes, but fraught with mishandling/mismanagement/
lack of forethought & developement etc.
