All thread is threaded rod. Often sold in 3 ft or 1 m lengths. Comes in all
thread sizes and sometimes in many material strength grades and alloys
including fiberglass epoxy compositions. Brass would be best for that antenna,
though the extended path over the threads should cause more probe loss.
