  Well Andy, you  sound like my  daughter in law.  She thought I  would be too
frightned to drive in London. The  traffic density is no greater there than in
Australia. The  only difference  is that  the dense  traffic is  spread over a
wider area in the UK. Hyde Park Corner was  no worse than similar situations
in parts of Sydney or dare I say in most larger cities of the world.

  On motorways they would be an advantage wouldn't they ?

My car has the bright tail lights (I have used them once in 4 years).
You press the switch and they come on but when the ignition is turned off they
reset to normal.


  Here is a question on a completely different tack.
The population of the UK is about three times that of Australia.
Then  why is  there such  an enormous  difference in  the amount  of  motorway
traffic  ?  There  would  be  ten  times  the amount of trucks and cars on the
motorways at anyone time than travelling interstate here.
