Hi Andy,

Thanks for the illuminating bulletin, now I more fully understand the
situation.

I really can't comment much more .... except to relate an amusing incident
in the 1970's.

I had been to a hot pool place, I can't remember the exact terminology used
for this place, something like "thermal pools", "spa" or "mineral spa", it was
a hot pool region where naturally heated water came to the surface like a
spring, and had been commercially developed so that it was like a couple of
swimming pools, except that you didn't swim but rather moved around and kept
your head out of the water while allowing the hot water and mineral salts to
work on your body in a most soothing and relaxing manner.

After a nice long session in the pools I emerged, changed into my normal
clothing and jumped in the car. There was a slight trace of fog, so I wasn't
driving at the speed limit but a little slower. After a kilometre or so, the
visibility worsened so I slowed down, and then after another kilometre I had
to slow down even further. But what was starting to concern me was the number
of lunatics who were rocketing past me! I just couldn't belive how stupid
these people were. They queued up behind me and shot past at an alarming rate.

Then it dawned on me. I had only recently emerged from the hottest pool in
the complex and the _inside_ of the windscreen was fogging up!

73, David.
