Thanks for the info, I guess people drive differently in the northern
hemisphere when they can't see far ahead of them. Here in New Zealand we slow
down - unless driving what we call "four wheel drives" and others call "SUVs",
which are of course exempt from traffic laws and most have battering rams
fitted to ensure their right of way in mall carparks.
